خلال يومين، تتابعت رسائل البنوك بشأن تعديل سياساتها دون توضيح تلك التعديلات، مجرد رسالة جوال مختصرة تُشعر العميل بحدوث تغييرات وببدء سريانها خلال أيام قليلة، وكنت أرجو أن يلزم البنك المركزي البنوك بتضمين رسائلهم جداول توضح التعديلات، فمن الصعب على العميل قراءة صفحات السياسات الكاملة واستنتاج التغييرات !
نقلت ملاحظتي للصديق مطلق البقمي، رئيس تحرير صحيفة «مال» الاقتصادية، فأرسل لي جدولاً مقارناً بالتعديلات كانت قد نشرته صحيفته الرقمية، مما سهّل علي معرفتها. وهذا دور مقدر للصحافة الجيدة، لكنه لا يعفي البنوك من واجب توضيح التعديلات لعملائها، وعدم تركهم حائرين وسط كومة الحروف الصغيرة !
يعفي البنك المركزي من عتبي أن غالبية التعديلات كانت لصالح العملاء، فشكراً !
