وهذا ما لمسناه وشاهده العالم أجمع في بلادنا منذ انطلاق رؤيتها المباركة 2030 على يد ملهمنا وقائدنا التحويلي الأمير محمد بن سلمان، وهو النموذج الأنجح والأنجع على أرض الواقع، فقد قاد التحول الوطني في السعودية بكل كفاءة واقتدار، وخير مثال على ذلك نجاح موسم الحج لهذا العام الذي حقق نتائج أبعد مما كان متصوراً ومما كان متوقعاً، وذلك من خلال اختياره لذوي الخبرات والكفاءات العملية والمؤهلات العلمية من القيادات الشابة من أبناء وبنات الوطن، وعمل على تطوير مهاراتهم ووضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات التي تتواءم مع التحول العالمي الذي نشهده، وتهتم بالتأثير المثالي والتحفيز الإلهامي والاستثارة ودعم قدراتهم الإبداعية، وهو القائد والقدوة الحسنة الذي غرس في أتباعه الفخر به وبقدرته وإرادته والتزامه بالقيم المثلى واضطلاعه بالرؤية المشتركة حول المستقبل ووضع الأهداف لإلهام وتحفيز مواطنيه وقاد التغيير بثقة وتمكن.

وبالتالي جاء موسم الحج لعام 1446 بنتائج باهرة منقطعة النظير كانت خلفها قيادة رشيدة حكيمة آمنت بواجبها تجاه الحرمين الشريفين وخدمة الحاج والمعتمر.
فسمو ولي العهد الذي يعمل بشغف كان ولا يزال خلف كل نجاح سطره أبناء وبنات هذا الوطن العظيم، وكل من تابع عن قرب وعن بعد وفي كل بقعة من هذا العالم الجهود الجبارة المبذولة لخدمة الحجيج في المشاعر المقدسة والحرمين الشريفين، يعلم أننا أمام نسخة للحج لم نرَ مثلها في السنين الماضية، وأنها ناجحة بكل المقاييس، بتوفيق من الله، وبوجود القيادة الحكيمة التي وفرت لكل العاملين والقائمين على خدمة الحجاج كل الممكنات التي جعلتهم يقدمون خدمتهم على أكمل وجه.
وإننا أمام نموذج للقيادة التحويلية الناجحة يدرّس للأجيال القادمة لزاماً علينا أن ندعمه ونقف خلفه ونسانده وندعو له،
فشكراً وشكراً لا تفي قدر هذا القائد الذي صنع الفرق في الشرق وفي الغرب، وحلّق بوطنه بين النجوم، وأدى ما عليه من واجب يفخر ويشرف بأدائه هو وكل مواطن سعودي، وشكراً لكل أبطال الوطن المخلصين.

He worked on developing their skills and establishing plans and strategies that align with the global transformation we are witnessing, focusing on ideal impact, inspirational motivation, stimulation, and supporting their creative capabilities. He is the leader and good role model who instilled in his followers pride in their abilities, will, and commitment to the highest values, taking on the shared vision for the future and setting goals to inspire and motivate his citizens, leading the change with confidence and competence.
When the leader's behavior becomes a model for others to emulate, it fosters feelings of trust and respect towards him. When he employs effective influence methods, he succeeds in giving meaning and challenge to what they do, enabling him to develop their shared vision and enhance their abilities to generate as many solutions as possible to problems.
