تغلب المنتخب الوطني السعودي تحت 16 عاماً على منتخب مصر بهدفين مقابل هدف، في اللقاء الذي جمع بينهما في المعسكر الإعدادي للمنتخب المقام في جمهورية مصر العربية.
سجل هدفي المنتخب عبدالله الدوسري (د:13) وجواد الهاشم (د:57).
دخل المدرب الوطني أحمد الحنفوش اللقاء بتشكيل مكون من؛
حيدر الحساوي، عمار ميمني، جواد الهاشم، علي اليحيى، مروان اليامي، عبدالله الباتلي، حسن عكروش، عايض الشاهين، علي المكي، فارس أبو شقراء، عبدالله الدوسري.
ويواصل «أخضر 16» اليوم (الخميس) تدريباته ضمن معسكره الإعدادي في مصر، وسيخوض لقاء ودياً آخر أمام منتخب مصر أيضاً بعد غد (السبت)، وسيستمر معسكر الأخضر في مصر إلى الثلاثاء القادم 9 سبتمبر، ومن ثم سيقيم معسكراً آخر لم يتم تحديد مقره إلى الآن من الفترة 20 سبتمبر إلى 3 أكتوبر.

The Saudi national team under 16 years old defeated the Egyptian team with a score of two goals to one, in the match that took place during the training camp for the national team held in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The goals for the team were scored by Abdullah Al-Dosari (13') and Jawad Al-Hashem (57').
National coach Ahmed Al-Hanfoosh entered the match with a lineup consisting of; Haidar Al-Hassawi, Ammar Meimani, Jawad Al-Hashem, Ali Al-Yahya, Marwan Al-Yami, Abdullah Al-Batli, Hassan Akroush, Ayed Al-Shahin, Ali Al-Makki, Fares Abu Shuqra, Abdullah Al-Dosari.
The "Green 16" continues today (Thursday) its training sessions as part of its training camp in Egypt, and will play another friendly match against the Egyptian team the day after tomorrow (Saturday). The Green's camp in Egypt will continue until next Tuesday, September 9, and then it will hold another camp whose location has not yet been determined from September 20 to October 3.
