في ثلاث عمليات أمنية منفصلة، نجح الجيش السوري اليوم (السبت)، في القبض على قيادي في تنظيم داعش الإرهابي، ومسؤول في النظام السابق، وخلية تهريب مخدرات.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا) تأكيدات مصدر في جهاز الاستخبارات العامة السورية، القبض على قيادي بارز في تنظيم داعش في عملية أمنية، ولم يكشف المصدر هوية القيادي ومكان تنفيذ العملية.
من جهة أخرى، ألقت قوى الأمن الداخلي في محافظة درعا القبض على المقدم السابق في شرطة النظام المدعو مصعب أبو ركبة، وبحسب وكالة الأنباء السورية فإن أبو ركبة متورط في قضايا الإرهاب.
من جهة ثانية، أعلنت إدارة مكافحة المخدرات في وزارة الداخلية السورية إحباط محاولة تهريب شحنة مخدرات في الريف الشرقي للسويداء، وذلك بالتنسيق مع مديرية الأمن الداخلي بالمحافظة، موضحة أن العملية أسفرت عن ضبط ومصادرة 37 كيلوغراماً من مادة الحشيش المخدر.
وأعلنت الإدارة في 12 أغسطس الجاري إحباط محاولة تهريب شحنة كبيرة من المواد المخدرة إلى الأردن باستخدام البالونات، وذلك خلال عملية أمنية في الريف الشرقي لمحافظة السويداء، أسفرت عن ضبط 70 كيلوغراماً من مادة الحشيش المخدر و45 ألف حبة كبتاغون، إضافة إلى عدد من الوسائل والأدوات المستخدمة في عملية التهريب.
وتأتي العملية في ظل استمرار الأجهزة الأمنية السورية في مواجهة الخلايا الإرهابية ومثيري الفوضى والعنف، وتشير العمليات المتتالية التي تنفذها الأجهزة الأمنية السورية إلى اعتماد السلطات على الضربات الأمنية والاستخباراتية لتفكيك شبكات الإرهاب والفوضى والعنف وملاحقة فلول النظام السابق.
In three separate security operations, the Syrian army succeeded today (Saturday) in capturing a leader of the terrorist organization ISIS, a former regime official, and a drug smuggling cell.

On another note, the internal security forces in Daraa province arrested the former police major known as Musab Abu Rakba, and according to the Syrian news agency, Abu Rakba is involved in terrorism-related cases.
Additionally, the Anti-Drug Administration of the Syrian Ministry of Interior announced the thwarting of an attempt to smuggle a drug shipment in the eastern countryside of Sweida, in coordination with the Internal Security Directorate in the province, stating that the operation resulted in the seizure of 37 kilograms of hashish.
