بعد تقارير ومعلومات استخباراتية متزايدة، رفعت ألمانيا (السبت) مستوى تأهبها الأمني إلى «مستوى تهديد مرتفع»، بعد أن كان في السابق عند «مستوى تهديد عام».
وقال وزير الداخلية الألماني ألكسندر دوبرينت: «هذا يعني أنه يجب مراعاة خطر وقوع هجمات في ألمانيا في جميع الأوقات»، مضيفاً: «يمكن تمييز خطط الهجمات على بلدنا بوضوح»، بحسب ما نقلته عنه صحيفة «فيلت إم زونتاج».
وأوضح أن المخاطر تهدد البنية التحتية الألمانية والأفراد والمؤسسات، مشيراً إلى أن التحذير يعني الاستعداد لاحتمال وقوع هجمات في ألمانيا في أي وقت.
ولفت إلى أن «مخططات موجهة ضد البلاد أصبحت واضحة المعالم، وأنها قد تستهدف البنية التحتية أو أشخاصاً ومؤسسات».
وكان دوبرينت قال في وقت سابق إن الخطر مرتفع لكنه ليس محدداً، وأنه لا يهدد كل شخص بالدرجة نفسها، بل يتعلق بالمجتمع والدولة بصورة عامة، مستنداً في تقديره إلى ازدياد المعلومات الواردة من أجهزة استخبارات دول صديقة، وإلى معطيات جمعتها الأجهزة الألمانية.
يأتي التحذير بالتزامن مع إصلاح واسع لقوانين أجهزة الاستخبارات، تريد الحكومة من خلاله السماح لها بالانتقال من جمع المعلومات وتحليلها إلى التدخل المباشر لمنع الأخطار، بحسب تلفزيون صوت ألمانيا (دويتشه فيله).
وشهدت ألمانيا عدداً من الهجمات في السنوات القليلة الماضية، فيما اعتقلت السلطات في ديسمبر الماضي 5 أشخاص للاشتباه في تخطيطهم لشن هجوم على سوق لهدايا عيد الميلاد في ولاية بافاريا بجنوب البلاد.
وكان التقرير السنوي للمكتب الاتحادي لحماية الدستور لعام 2025 قد سجل في ألمانيا نحو 59 ألف جريمة ذات خلفية متطرفة، بزيادة تقارب 1100 جريمة عن العام السابق.
وشهدت ألمانيا عدداً من الهجمات في السنوات القليلة الماضية.
After increasing reports and intelligence information, Germany raised its security alert level to "high threat level" on Saturday, up from the previous "general threat level."
German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt stated: "This means that the risk of attacks in Germany must be considered at all times," adding: "The plans for attacks on our country can be clearly distinguished," according to the newspaper "Welt am Sonntag."
He explained that the risks threaten German infrastructure, individuals, and institutions, noting that the warning means preparing for the possibility of attacks in Germany at any time.
He pointed out that "plans directed against the country have become clear, and they may target infrastructure or individuals and institutions."
Dobrindt had previously stated that the threat is high but not specific, and it does not threaten everyone to the same degree; rather, it concerns society and the state in general, basing his assessment on the increase in information received from the intelligence agencies of friendly countries, as well as data collected by German agencies.
The warning comes alongside a broad reform of intelligence laws, which the government aims to allow it to transition from gathering and analyzing information to direct intervention to prevent threats, according to Deutsche Welle.
Germany has witnessed a number of attacks in recent years, while authorities arrested 5 individuals last December on suspicion of planning an attack on a Christmas gift market in Bavaria, southern Germany.
The annual report of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution for 2025 recorded about 59,000 crimes with extremist backgrounds in Germany, an increase of nearly 1,100 crimes from the previous year.
