فعّلت رئاسة الشؤون الدينية بالمسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي الخطة التشغيلية لموسم العمرة. ودشّن الدكتور عبدالرحمن السديس مبادرة «خدمة قاصدينا عِزُّ لمنسوبينا»، التي تهدف لإثراء تجربة المعتمرين والقاصدين الإيمانية.
وأكد رئيس الشؤون الدينية، خلال إطلاق المبادرة أنها تتضمن حزمة من الخدمات التوعوية الميدانية والإرشادية للمعتمرين والمصلين، وتهدف إلى إثراء تجربة الزائرين إيمانياً، وتعزيز مسار الرحلة التعبّدية من خلال استثمار التقنية والتطبيقات الذكية لإيصال رسالة الحرمين الشريفين الوسطية السامية إلى العالم.
وأوضح، أن توعية وإثراء تجربة قاصدي بيت الله الحرام واجب عظيم، وشرف كبير للرئاسة ومنسوبيها، ومرتكز محوري لمنطلقاتها.
وتتضمن مبادرة «توعية قاصدينا عِزُ لمنسوبينا» 10 مسارات إثرائية إرشادية توجيهية وعلمية، فضلاً عن توزيع المصاحف والكتيبات الإثرائية والإهداءات على المعتمرين بالمسجد الحرام. كما تهدف المبادرة إلى توثيق الصلة مع المعتمرين وتحقيق الأثر الإيجابي لقاصدي المسجد الحرام؛ بحملات وبرامج إثرائية لهم بما يعينهم على أداء عباداتهم بكل يسر وسهولة تحقيقاً لتطلعات ولاة الأمر في خدمة قاصدي وزائري الحرمين الشريفين.

The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has activated the operational plan for the Umrah season. Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais launched the initiative "Serving Our Pilgrims is Honor for Our Staff," which aims to enrich the spiritual experience of Umrah performers and visitors.
During the launch of the initiative, the head of religious affairs confirmed that it includes a package of field awareness and guidance services for Umrah performers and worshippers. It aims to enhance the spiritual experience of visitors and strengthen the path of the worship journey by leveraging technology and smart applications to convey the noble, moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques to the world.
He explained that raising awareness and enriching the experience of those heading to the Sacred House of Allah is a great duty and a significant honor for the presidency and its staff, and a central pillar of its objectives.
The initiative "Awareness for Our Pilgrims is Honor for Our Staff" includes 10 enriching, guiding, and educational pathways, in addition to distributing copies of the Quran, enriching booklets, and gifts to the Umrah performers at the Grand Mosque. The initiative also aims to strengthen the connection with Umrah performers and achieve a positive impact for those heading to the Grand Mosque through enriching campaigns and programs that assist them in performing their worship easily and smoothly, fulfilling the aspirations of the leaders in serving the visitors and pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques.
