دشّن وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، في مقر الوزارة اليوم (الخميس)، منصة النظام الإلكتروني لشؤون المساجد والتطبيق الخاص بمنسوبي المساجد، الذي يعد نقلة نوعية في أتمتة الخدمات للمساجد بالمملكة.
ويغطي النظام أكثر من (85,968) جامعًا ومسجدًا ومصلى عيد، ويخدم (13) فرعًا و(151) مدينة ومحافظة، ويستفيد منه نحو (14,647) مستخدمًا، ويهدف إلى توحيد البيانات والإجراءات، ورفع جودة المعلومات وسرعة الوصول إليها، وتوفير مؤشرات وتقارير موثوقة تدعم المتابعة وصناعة القرار.
ويغطي النظام دورة حياة المسجد ابتداءً من الاحتياج والمساهمات التبرعية لبناء المساجد، مرورًا بالإنشاء والتسجيل والتشغيل، وصولًا إلى الرقابة الميدانية والصيانة وإدارة الأصول والتقارير ومؤشرات الأداء ودعم القرار.
وتعد الزيارات الرقابية المستهدف الرئيس للنظام، حيث يمكّن المراقبين والمراقبات من تنفيذ الجولات ميدانيًا عبر التطبيق، بالاعتماد على الموقع الجغرافي للمسجد، وتوثيق نتائج الزيارة والملاحظات واعتمادها.
ويتكامل النظام مع تطبيق «مساجد» الموجه للمستفيدين، الذي يتيح البحث عن المساجد، واستعراض فرص المساهمة في النظافة والصيانة وبناء المساجد، وتحديد القبلة ومواقيت الصلاة، وتقديم البلاغات والتقييمات إلكترونيًا.
وسجل النظام منذ إطلاق النسخة التجريبية أكثر من (3,601,912) زيارة رقابية، شملت (2,866,570) زيارة للمراقبين، و(32,732) زيارة غير اعتيادية، و(88,164) زيارة للجمعة، و(594,956) زيارة للمراقبات، و(19,155) زيارة لمصليات العيد، و(335) زيارة للأراضي الشاغرة.
ويأتي تدشين النظام في إطار جهود وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في التحول الرقمي وأتمتة الخدمات وتطوير منظومة العمل في المساجد، ورفع كفاءة الإشراف والرقابة الميدانية، وتوحيد مصادر البيانات، وتعزيز موثوقية المعلومات، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة لبيوت الله والمصلين، ويعزز كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي ودعم متخذي القرار.
The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Al Sheikh, inaugurated today (Thursday) at the ministry's headquarters the electronic system platform for mosque affairs and the application for mosque staff, which represents a qualitative leap in automating services for mosques in the Kingdom.
The system covers more than (85,968) mosques and prayer areas, serving (13) branches and (151) cities and governorates, benefiting approximately (14,647) users. It aims to unify data and procedures, enhance the quality of information and speed of access, and provide reliable indicators and reports that support monitoring and decision-making.
The system encompasses the entire lifecycle of a mosque, starting from the need and donation contributions for building mosques, through construction, registration, and operation, up to field monitoring, maintenance, asset management, reporting, performance indicators, and decision support.
The targeted main activity of the system is the supervisory visits, as it enables male and female supervisors to conduct field tours via the application, relying on the geographical location of the mosque, documenting the results of the visit and observations, and approving them.
The system integrates with the "Mosques" application aimed at beneficiaries, which allows searching for mosques, viewing opportunities for contributions to cleanliness, maintenance, and building mosques, determining the Qibla and prayer times, and submitting reports and evaluations electronically.
Since the launch of the trial version, the system has recorded more than (3,601,912) supervisory visits, including (2,866,570) visits by supervisors, (32,732) unusual visits, (88,164) Friday visits, (594,956) visits by female supervisors, (19,155) visits to prayer areas, and (335) visits to vacant lands.
The launch of the system comes as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in digital transformation and service automation, developing the operational system in mosques, enhancing the efficiency of supervision and field monitoring, unifying data sources, and improving the reliability of information, which contributes to elevating the quality of services provided to the houses of God and worshippers, and enhances institutional performance efficiency and supports decision-makers.
