أصدرت محكمة مصرية، أمس (الأربعاء)، الحكم في أولى جلسات استئناف المخرج محمد سامي على قرار تغريمه 5 آلاف جنيه بتهمة إهانة الفنانة عفاف شعيب، وتوجيه ألفاظ من شأنها خدش شرف واعتبار الفنانة علانيةً، وقضت المحكمة ببراءة المخرج المصري.
وكانت محكمة جنح أكتوبر، ألزمت المخرج محمد سامي، بدفع غرامة قيمتها 5 آلاف جنيه بتهمة إهانة الفنانة عفاف شعيب، وتوجيه ألفاظ من شأنها خدش شرف واعتبار الفنانة علانيةً.
وأحالت النيابة العامة بأكتوبر الدعوى المقامة من عفاف شعيب ضد المخرج محمد سامي إلى محكمة جنح أكتوبر لاتهامه بالسب والقذف.
ووجهت النيابة العامة للمخرج محمد سامي في القضية رقم 15130 لسنة 2024 جنح 6 أكتوبر، أنه سب المجني عليها عفاف شعيب ووجه إليها ألفاظًا من شأنها أن تخدش الشرف والاعتبار علانية على النحو المبين بالتحقيقات، وذلك في اليوم الرابع عشر من مارس 2024.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى اتهام الفنانة عفاف شعيب للمخرج محمد سامي بسبها والتشهير بها، خلال ظهوره في أحد البرامج التلفزيونية، مما دفعها إلى إقامة دعوى قضائية ضده تتهمه فيها بالإساءة إليها علنًا.
