ارتفع إنتاج منظمة الدول المصدرة للنفط «أوبك» خلال شهر سبتمبر، بعدما أنهت السعودية المرحلة الأولى من خطتها لاستئناف الإمدادات التي كانت متوقفة، بحسب مسح أجرته «بلومبيرغ».
وأظهر المسح أن إنتاج «أوبك» صعد بمقدار 400 ألف برميل يوميًا ليصل إلى 29.05 مليون برميل يوميًا في سبتمبر، ليكتمل بذلك استئناف إنتاج 2.2 مليون برميل يوميًا كان تحالف «أوبك بلس» قد أوقفها في 2023.
وزادت السعودية إنتاجها بمقدار 320 ألف برميل يوميًا ليبلغ 9.98 مليون برميل يوميًا، بما يتماشى مع حصتها في اتفاق «أوبك بلس»، بينما سجلت صادراتها أعلى مستوى في 18 شهرًا.
وفي المقابل، ارتفع إنتاج فنزويلا إلى مليون برميل يوميًا بعد إضافة 90 ألف برميل يوميًا، مع تسجيل الصادرات أعلى وتيرة في خمس سنوات، مستفيدة من الترخيص الممنوح لشركة «شيفرون» لمواصلة نشاطها رغم العقوبات الأمريكية.
أما العراق فاستقر إنتاج البلاد عند 4.32 مليون برميل يوميًا، لكنه ما زال فوق حصته المقررة من «أوبك بلس»، في وقت استأنفت فيه الصادرات من إقليم كردستان عبر خط أنابيب تركيا بعد توقف استمر عامين.
ويتجه تركيز «أوبك بلس» حاليًا إلى المرحلة التالية من خطة إعادة الإنتاج، والتي تتضمن استئناف إمدادات إضافية تبلغ 1.65 مليون برميل يوميًا، وسيعقد التحالف اجتماعه الأسبوع الحالي للنظر في تحديد حجم الزيادة المقررة لشهر نوفمبر.

The production of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) rose in September, after Saudi Arabia completed the first phase of its plan to resume the halted supplies, according to a survey conducted by Bloomberg.
The survey showed that OPEC's production increased by 400,000 barrels per day to reach 29.05 million barrels per day in September, thus completing the resumption of 2.2 million barrels per day that the OPEC+ alliance had halted in 2023.
Saudi Arabia increased its production by 320,000 barrels per day to reach 9.98 million barrels per day, in line with its share in the OPEC+ agreement, while its exports recorded the highest level in 18 months.
In contrast, Venezuela's production rose to one million barrels per day after adding 90,000 barrels per day, with exports reaching their highest pace in five years, benefiting from the license granted to Chevron to continue its activities despite U.S. sanctions.
As for Iraq, the country's production remained stable at 4.32 million barrels per day, but it is still above its allocated share from OPEC+, while exports from the Kurdistan region resumed through the Turkey pipeline after a two-year halt.
OPEC+'s focus is currently shifting to the next phase of the production recovery plan, which includes resuming additional supplies of 1.65 million barrels per day, and the alliance will hold its meeting this week to consider determining the size of the planned increase for November.
