ضبطت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، (17) مكتب استقدام وأوقفت نشاط (6) مكاتب فوراً وتراخيص (11) مكتباً لعدم تصحيح المخالفات خلال المهلة المحددة، وبسبب المخالفات المرصودة بين مخالفة قواعد ممارسة نشاط الاستقدام وتقديم الخدمات العمالية، والتأخر في إعادة المبالغ المستحقة للمستفيدين وعدم معالجة الشكاوى.
جاء ذلك في أعقاب رقابة على مكاتب وشركات الاستقدام خلال الربع الرابع من 2025م، ضمن جهود الموارد لتنظيم القطاع، ورفع مستوى الامتثال، وضمان حماية حقوق الأطراف ذات العلاقة وتعزيز الامتثال في سوق العمل ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة، وضبط الممارسات وضمان حماية أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية، بما يسهم في تمكين بيئة عمل منظمة تستند على الشفافية وتحسين تجربة المستفيد.
وأكّدت الوزارة استمرارها في متابعة أداء مكاتب وشركات الاستقدام بشكل دوري، وتطبيق العقوبات النظامية بحق المخالفين، ودعت جميع المستفيدين إلى الاستفادة من الخدمات الموثوقة عبر منصة «مساند»، لتنظيم خدمات الاستقدام، التي تتيح التعاقد الإلكتروني مع مزودي الخدمة المعتمدين، وتوفر أدوات للتقييم وتقديم البلاغات ومتابعتها.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has shut down (17) recruitment offices and immediately suspended the activities of (6) offices, while revoking the licenses of (11) offices for failing to rectify violations within the specified timeframe. This action was taken due to observed violations, including breaches of the rules governing recruitment activities and the provision of labor services, delays in refunding amounts owed to beneficiaries, and failure to address complaints.
This came following oversight of recruitment offices and companies during the fourth quarter of 2025, as part of the ministry's efforts to regulate the sector, enhance compliance, ensure the protection of the rights of all parties involved, and improve compliance in the labor market while increasing the efficiency of the services provided. The aim is to regulate practices and ensure the protection of contractual relationship parties, contributing to an organized work environment based on transparency and improving the beneficiary experience.
The ministry confirmed its commitment to continuously monitor the performance of recruitment offices and companies on a regular basis, applying legal penalties against violators. It urged all beneficiaries to take advantage of reliable services through the "Musanid" platform, which organizes recruitment services, allowing for electronic contracting with approved service providers, and provides tools for evaluation, reporting, and follow-up.
