ألقت الدوريات البرية لحرس الحدود في قطاع الربوعة بمنطقة عسير القبض على 17 مخالفًا لنظام أمن الحدود من الجنسية الإثيوبية، بعد ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم تهريب 255 كيلوجراماً من نبات القات المخدر.
وأوضحت الجهات الأمنية أنه تم استكمال الإجراءات النظامية الأولية بحقهم، وتسليمهم والمضبوطات إلى جهة الاختصاص.
وأكدت في الوقت نفسه على أهمية التعاون المجتمعي، داعية المواطنين والمقيمين إلى الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي نشاطات مرتبطة بتهريب أو ترويج المخدرات عبر الرقم 911 في مناطق مكة المكرمة، المدينة المنورة، الرياض، والمنطقة الشرقية، أو الرقمين 999 و994 في باقي مناطق المملكة، بالإضافة إلى الرقم الموحد 995 الخاص بالمديرية العامة لمكافحة المخدرات، أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني 995@gdnc.gov.sa، مع ضمان السرية التامة للبلاغات وعدم تحميل المُبلّغ أي مسؤولية قانونية.
The border patrols of the Border Guard in the Al-Rabwa sector of the Asir region arrested 17 violators of the border security system of Ethiopian nationality after catching them attempting to smuggle 255 kilograms of the narcotic plant khat.
The security authorities clarified that the initial legal procedures against them have been completed, and they, along with the seized items, have been handed over to the relevant authorities.
