أطلقت وزارة الحج والعمرة خدمة «نسك عمرة»، في خطوة نوعية تمكّن المعتمرين من خارج المملكة من التقديم المباشر للحصول على التأشيرة وحجز الخدمات المرتبطة برحلتهم، دون الحاجة إلى أي وسيط، وذلك عبر المنصة.
وتعد خدمة «نسك عمرة» أحد الخيارات الجديدة أمام الراغبين بأداء العمرة من خارج المملكة، إضافة إلى الخيارات الأخرى مثل الوكلاء المؤهلين في بلد المعتمر، ويمكن معرفتهم من خلال منصة «نسك عمرة». وتتيح الخدمة الجديدة اختيار باقات متكاملة أو خدمات مستقلة، تشمل التأشيرة، الإقامة، والمواصلات، والجولات الإثرائية، والخدمات المساندة، مع إمكانية تصميم الباقات وفق رغباتهم وتطلعاتهم، وذلك عبر واجهة استخدام حديثة تدعم 7 لغات وتتكامل مع الأنظمة الحكومية ذات العلاقة، لضمان تجربة رقمية موحدة وسلسة.
وتوفر الخدمة خيارات دفع متعددة تناسب مختلف الشرائح، اذ تمكّن المعتمر من إتمام جميع الإجراءات إلكترونياً، ابتداءً من التقديم وحتى الحصول على تأشيرة الدخول، مع توفير خيارات متنوعة للباقات والخدمات تلبي احتياجات ورغبات مختلفة، بما يحقق تجربة ميسّرة وثرية.
وأكّدت وزارة الحج والعمرة أن إطلاق خدمة «نسك عمرة» يأتي ضمن جهودها لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، عبر استضافة أكبر عدد من المسلمين وتمكينهم من أداء شعيرتي الحج والعمرة بسهولة ويسر، وتقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية ترتقي بتجربة ضيوف الرحمن في المملكة.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the "Nusk Umrah" service, a qualitative step that enables pilgrims from outside the Kingdom to apply directly for a visa and book services related to their trip without the need for any intermediary, all through the platform.
The "Nusk Umrah" service is one of the new options available for those wishing to perform Umrah from outside the Kingdom, in addition to other options such as qualified agents in the pilgrim's country, which can be identified through the "Nusk Umrah" platform. The new service allows for the selection of comprehensive packages or independent services, including visas, accommodation, transportation, enriching tours, and supporting services, with the possibility of designing packages according to their preferences and aspirations, all through a modern user interface that supports 7 languages and integrates with relevant government systems to ensure a unified and seamless digital experience.
The service offers multiple payment options suitable for various segments, enabling the pilgrim to complete all procedures electronically, starting from the application to obtaining the entry visa, while providing a variety of packages and services that meet different needs and desires, achieving a facilitated and enriching experience.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirmed that the launch of the "Nusk Umrah" service comes as part of its efforts to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by hosting the largest number of Muslims and enabling them to perform the rituals of Hajj and Umrah easily and conveniently, and providing high-quality services that enhance the experience of the guests of the Most Merciful in the Kingdom.
