The reconciliation center affiliated with the Ministry of Justice issued 73,000 reconciliation documents during the first half of the current year 2025; reflecting the center's efforts to promote a culture of amicable settlement and resolve disputes outside the courtrooms.

The reconciliation center held more than 544,000 reconciliation sessions during the same period, with the number of beneficiaries exceeding 733,000.

The center provides reconciliation services through the digital platform taradhi.moj.gov.sa; aiming to spread the culture of reconciliation in society, making it the socially and economically preferred alternative for dispute resolution, through qualified and specialized mediators in various dispute pathways, within institutional procedures and approved legislations.

The "Taradhi" platform allows for remote dispute resolution without the need for the parties involved to visit reconciliation offices; aiming to facilitate access to the service for beneficiaries.

The reconciliation documents issued by the platform are enforceable instruments that can be executed through the execution judiciary in case of breach of the agreements recorded in the document.

These achievements come as part of the objectives of the initiative to activate the reconciliation system, which is one of the important initiatives in the National Transformation Program, under the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
