عرّف مهرجان الكتّاب والقرّاء بالطائف زواره على تفعيلة تحول القصة إلى مشهد حي، عبر تجربة ترفيهية تعليمية مخصصة للأطفال، يعيش فيها الطفل أجواء الحكاية، ويمثل شخصياتها بأصواته وتعابيره، في مساحة تجمع الأدب بالمسرح ضمن المهرجان الذي تنظمه هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة.
وقدّم ركن «حكاية طفل» خطوات تفاعلية تبدأ باختيار القصة وتقسيم الأدوار بين الأطفال، ثم تدريبهم على الحوار والحركة بأسلوب مبسط، يساعدهم على فهم الشخصيات والتعبير عنها بثقة، وصولاً إلى الصعود على المسرح والتمثيل أمام الحضور، في عرض يعكس تفاعلهم وحماسهم، قبل أن تُختتم التجربة بالتقاط الصور التذكارية.
وسعى المهرجان عبر الركن المخصص للفئة العمرية من 7 إلى 12 سنة، إلى تعزيز الثقة بالنفس، وتنمية مهارات التعبير الشفهي، وتطوير مهارتَي النطق والإلقاء، في أجواء تجمع المتعة بالتشجيع والاكتشاف المسرحي.
ويستقبل المهرجان زواره يومياً منالرابعة مساء حتى الـ12 منتصف الليل، ويستمر حتى 15 يناير الجاري، في مقره بمنتزه الردف بمحافظة الطائف، تحت شعار «حضورك مكسب».

The Writers and Readers Festival in Taif introduced its visitors to an interactive experience that transforms storytelling into a live scene, through an educational entertainment experience designed for children. In this experience, children immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the story, portraying its characters with their voices and expressions, in a space that combines literature with theater as part of the festival organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission.
The "Children's Story" corner offered interactive steps that begin with selecting the story and dividing roles among the children, followed by training them on dialogue and movement in a simplified manner, helping them understand the characters and express themselves confidently, culminating in their ascent to the stage to perform in front of the audience, in a show that reflects their interaction and enthusiasm, before concluding the experience with commemorative photos.
The festival, through the corner dedicated to the age group of 7 to 12 years, aimed to enhance self-confidence, develop oral expression skills, and improve pronunciation and delivery skills, in an atmosphere that combines enjoyment with encouragement and theatrical discovery.
The festival welcomes its visitors daily from 4 PM to midnight, and it continues until January 15 of this year, at its location in Al-Rudaf Park in Taif, under the slogan "Your Presence is an Asset."
