في أول تدخل رئاسي بشأن فاجعة الإسماعيلية التي راح ضحيتها 18 عاملاً مصرياً وأُصيب 29 آخرون، وجه الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي، بسرعة الوقوف على أسباب حادثة طريق الدواويس بالإسماعيلية، وإنهاء الإجراءات القانونية بشكل دقيق وكامل في أقرب وقت.
توجيهات رئاسية
وبحسب بيان رسمي صدر اليوم (الثلاثاء) عن الرئاسة المصرية، يتابع السيسي حادثة طريق الدواويس بالإسماعيلية، ووجه أيضاً بالإفادة بتطورات الواقعة بصفة مستمرة.
كما كلف وزارة الصحة بتوفير الرعاية الطبية المناسبة لحالات المصابين، مع قيام وزارة التضامن بصرف التعويضات بشكل فوري للمصابين و أهالي المتوفين.
ووجه أيضاً محافظ الإسماعيلية بإزالة آثار الحادثة الأليمة، و تقديم العزاء للأهالي في مصابهم الكبير.
ولقي 18 عاملاً مصرعهم وأصيب 29 آخرون في حادثة مرورية مروعة وقعت اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أمام محطة كهرباء الشباب بوصلة «الدواويس»، التابعة لدائرة مركز القصاصين بمحافظة الإسماعيلية المصرية.
وبحسب البيانات الرسمية، وقعت الحادثة إثر انقلاب سيارة ربع نقل كانت محملة بالعمال، فيما أشارت رواية أولية إلى تصادم سيارتي نقل كان العمال يستقلونهما على وصلة «الدواويس»، ما أسفر عن سقوط عدد كبير من الضحايا والمصابين.
نقل المصابين إلى المستشفيات
وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية إخطاراً بالحادثة، وعلى الفور انتقلت القوات الأمنية إلى موقع الواقعة، بالتزامن مع الدفع بعدد من سيارات الإسعاف لنقل المصابين والتعامل مع تداعيات الحادثة.
وجرى نقل المصابين إلى مستشفى القصاصين المركزي والمجمع الطبي لتلقي الرعاية الطبية اللازمة، فيما تم نقل جثامين المتوفين والتحفظ عليها في ثلاجات المستشفيات لحين استكمال الإجراءات القانونية والتعرف على الضحايا.
وحررت الجهات المختصة محضراً بالواقعة، فيما أُخطرت النيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات، والاستماع إلى أقوال المصابين حول تفاصيل وملابسات الحادثة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
وزارة الصحة تتابع حالة المصابين
وفي السياق ذاته، يتابع وزير الصحة والسكان المصري الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار التداعيات الصحية للحادثة، للاطمئنان على حالة المصابين والتأكد من حصولهم على الرعاية الطبية اللازمة.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار أن غرفة الأزمات والطوارئ بالوزارة تتابع تطورات الحادثة بصورة مستمرة، بالتنسيق مع هيئة الرعاية الصحية ومديرية الشؤون الصحية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية.
وأكد رفع درجة الاستعداد في المستشفيات، والتأكد من توافر الفرق الطبية والأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية اللازمة للتعامل مع المصابين.
الحصيلة الأولية: 18 وفاة و29 مصاباً
وأشار المتحدث إلى أنه، وفقاً لآخر تحديث، أسفرت الحادثة في حصيلتها الأولية عن 18 حالة وفاة و29 مصاباً، موضحاً أنه تم نقل المصابين إلى مستشفى القصاصين المركزي لتلقي الرعاية الطبية اللازمة، مع استمرار استكمال حصر البيانات ومتابعة تطورات الحالات الصحية للمصابين.
وأكد أن وزير الصحة وجّه بتقديم أقصى درجات الرعاية الطبية للمصابين، ومتابعة حالاتهم الصحية أولاً بأول، مع استمرار التنسيق الكامل بين غرفة الأزمات والطوارئ بالوزارة والجهات الصحية في محافظة الإسماعيلية.
وتقدمت وزارة الصحة والسكان بخالص التعازي والمواساة إلى أسر المتوفين، متمنية الشفاء العاجل للمصابين.
In the first presidential intervention regarding the tragedy in Ismailia, which resulted in the deaths of 18 Egyptian workers and injuries to 29 others, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi directed a swift investigation into the causes of the accident on the Dawawis road in Ismailia, and to complete the legal procedures accurately and thoroughly as soon as possible.
Presidential Directives
According to an official statement issued today (Tuesday) by the Egyptian presidency, Sisi is following up on the Dawawis road incident in Ismailia and has also instructed for continuous updates on the developments of the incident.
He also tasked the Ministry of Health with providing appropriate medical care for the injured, while the Ministry of Social Solidarity was instructed to immediately disburse compensations to the injured and the families of the deceased.
Additionally, he directed the Governor of Ismailia to remove the aftermath of the tragic incident and to offer condolences to the families for their significant loss.
In the horrific traffic accident that occurred today (Tuesday) in front of the Youth Power Station on the "Dawawis" link, 18 workers lost their lives and 29 others were injured, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Qasasin Center in Ismailia Governorate, Egypt.
According to official reports, the incident occurred when a pickup truck carrying workers overturned, while preliminary accounts indicated a collision between two transport vehicles that the workers were riding on the "Dawawis" link, resulting in a large number of casualties and injuries.
Transfer of the Injured to Hospitals
The security agencies received a notification about the incident, and immediately, security forces were dispatched to the scene, along with several ambulances to transport the injured and manage the aftermath of the accident.
The injured were taken to Qasasin Central Hospital and the Medical Complex to receive the necessary medical care, while the bodies of the deceased were transferred and stored in hospital refrigerators until legal procedures are completed and the victims are identified.
The relevant authorities have prepared a report on the incident, and the Public Prosecution has been notified to initiate investigations, listen to the statements of the injured regarding the details and circumstances of the incident, and take the necessary legal actions.
Ministry of Health Monitors the Condition of the Injured
In this context, the Egyptian Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, is monitoring the health repercussions of the incident to ensure the condition of the injured and confirm they are receiving the necessary medical care.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, clarified that the crisis and emergency room in the ministry is continuously monitoring the developments of the incident in coordination with the Healthcare Authority and the Health Directorate in Ismailia Governorate.
He confirmed the heightened state of readiness in hospitals and ensured the availability of medical teams, medications, and necessary medical supplies to deal with the injured.
Initial Toll: 18 Dead and 29 Injured
The spokesperson indicated that, according to the latest update, the incident has resulted in an initial toll of 18 deaths and 29 injuries, explaining that the injured were transferred to Qasasin Central Hospital for the necessary medical care, while data collection and monitoring of the health conditions of the injured continue.
He confirmed that the Minister of Health directed to provide the highest levels of medical care for the injured and to continuously monitor their health conditions, with ongoing full coordination between the crisis and emergency room in the ministry and health authorities in Ismailia Governorate.
The Ministry of Health and Population extended its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
