نجحت السلطات الألمانية اليوم في تعطيل قنبلة من مخلفات الحرب العالمية الثانية، عُثر عليها في مدينة نورمبرج جنوبي البلاد.
وأفادت سلطات المدينة أن فريقًا مكوّنًا من 3 خبراء تمكن من إبطال مفعول القنبلة خلال نحو ساعة، وبعد نزع فتيلها نُقلت من الموقع، فيما سُمح للسكان بالعودة إلى منازلهم عقب إخلاء المنطقة في وقت سابق كإجراء احترازي.
وكانت القنبلة، التي يبلغ وزنها نحو 450 كيلوغرامًا، اكتُشفت أثناء أعمال بناء في شارع أفيناريوس بحي جروسرويت في نورمبرج.
The German authorities successfully disabled a bomb from World War II today, which was found in the city of Nuremberg in the south of the country.
The city authorities reported that a team of 3 experts managed to defuse the bomb in about an hour, and after the fuse was removed, it was transported from the site, while residents were allowed to return to their homes after the area was evacuated earlier as a precautionary measure.
The bomb, which weighs about 450 kilograms, was discovered during construction work on Avinarius Street in the Grossreuth district of Nuremberg.
