أقرّت وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي في لبنان، أمس (الثلاثاء) اعتماد أربعة أيام تدريس أسبوعيّاً في المدارس الرسمية.
وترأست وزيرة التربية ريما كرامي اجتماعاً إداريّاً ضمّ المدير العام للتربية فادي يرق ومديري التعليم والإرشاد والتوجيه، تمت خلاله مناقشة عدد أيام التدريس ومدة حصة التدريس وبالتالي الدوام اليومي والأسبوعي، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار المدارس التي تعتمد دوامين قبل الظهر وبعده.

كما بحثت الوزيرة كرامي في الاجتماع متابعة التحضيرات لانطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد.
وتم طرح ومناقشة مواضيع تتعلّق بالمناهج المعتمَدة للعام الدراسي الجديد بالتعاون مع المركز التربوي للبحوث والإنماء، وإمكانات دمج الصفوف، ومهمات الناظر وأمين المكتبة وتحضير المختبر والأساتذة الاحتياط.
وأكدت كرامي أنّها مع «الإدارة وجميع المعنيين للوقوف إلى جانب أفراد الهيئة التعليمية والمديرين من أجل إنجاز عام دراسي مميز»، معلنةً «اعتماد أربعة أيام تدريس أسبوعيّاً» في التعليم الرسمي.
The Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon approved yesterday (Tuesday) the adoption of four teaching days per week in public schools.
Minister of Education Rima Karamé chaired an administrative meeting that included the Director General of Education Fadi Yaraq and the directors of education, guidance, and counseling, during which the number of teaching days, the duration of teaching periods, and consequently the daily and weekly schedules were discussed, taking into account schools that operate in two shifts, before and after noon.

Minister Karamé also discussed the preparations for the start of the new academic year during the meeting.
Topics related to the curricula adopted for the new academic year were raised and discussed in collaboration with the Educational Center for Research and Development, as well as the possibilities of merging classes, the roles of the principal and librarian, laboratory preparation, and substitute teachers.
Karamé confirmed that she, along with "the administration and all stakeholders, stands by the educational staff and directors to achieve a distinguished academic year," announcing the "adoption of four teaching days per week" in public education.
