في مشهد مأساوي شهدته محكمة الأسرة بالدخيلة في الإسكندرية، تحولت جلسة خلع إلى جريمة مروّعة بعدما أقدم زوج على طعن زوجته بسلاح أبيض داخل المحكمة، في محاولة للانتقام منها بعد إصرارها على إنهاء العلاقة الزوجية.
وبحسب روايات شهود العيان، كانت الزوجة قد حضرت الجلسة لمتابعة دعواها ضد الزوج، إلا أنه باغتها بطعنات مفاجئة في الرقبة وأماكن متفرقة من الجسد مستخدماً «مطواة» كان يخفيها بين ملابسه. وقد تم نقلها على الفور إلى المستشفى في حالة حرجة، وسط ذهول وذعر الحاضرين.
قوات الأمن داخل المحكمة تمكنت من السيطرة على الموقف سريعاً، وتم القبض على الجاني وتسليمه إلى الجهات المختصة، التي باشرت التحقيق في الواقعة.
مصادر أمنية كشفت أن الزوجة كانت قد أقامت دعوى خلع بسبب التعنيف وسوء المعاملة، ورفضت التنازل عن القضية رغم محاولات الصلح، ما أثار حفيظة الزوج ودفعه إلى تنفيذ جريمته.
النيابة العامة أمرت بحبس الزوج ووجهت له تهم الشروع في القتل وحيازة سلاح داخل منشأة قضائية، فيما تتلقى الزوجة العلاج وتخضع للمراقبة الطبية الدقيقة.
In a tragic scene witnessed at the Family Court in Dekheila, Alexandria, a divorce hearing turned into a horrific crime when a husband stabbed his wife with a knife inside the court, in an attempt to take revenge on her after she insisted on ending their marital relationship.
According to eyewitness accounts, the wife had attended the session to follow up on her case against her husband, but he surprised her with sudden stabs to the neck and various parts of her body using a "folding knife" that he had hidden among his clothes. She was immediately transported to the hospital in critical condition, amidst the shock and panic of those present.
Security forces inside the court quickly managed to control the situation, apprehending the perpetrator and handing him over to the relevant authorities, who began investigating the incident.
Security sources revealed that the wife had filed for divorce due to abuse and mistreatment, and she refused to withdraw the case despite attempts at reconciliation, which angered the husband and drove him to commit his crime.
The Public Prosecution ordered the husband to be detained and charged him with attempted murder and possession of a weapon within a judicial facility, while the wife is receiving treatment and is under close medical observation.
