شهدت العاصمة المصرية القاهرة اليوم (الجمعة) مأساتين متتاليتين إثر انهيار عقارين سكنيين في منطقتي مصر القديمة والساحل بشبرا خلال ساعة واحدة، ما أسفر عن سقوط ضحايا وإصابات، ودفع السلطات إلى استنفار أمني وتشكيل لجان فنية للتحقيق في أسباب الحادثتين.

انهيار عقار مصر القديمة
في حي مصر القديمة، انهار عقار سكني مكون من 4 طوابق، ما أدى إلى مصرع شخص وإصابة آخر تم انتشاله من تحت الأنقاض.
وعلى الفور، هرعت قوات الحماية المدنية وسيارات الإسعاف إلى موقع الحادثة، حيث تم نقل المصاب إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج.
وكإجراء احترازي، تم إخلاء العقارات المجاورة لتجنب أي مخاطر إضافية، فيما بدأت لجنة هندسية فحص الموقع لتحديد أسباب الانهيار.

مأساة الساحل بشبرا
بعد أقل من ساعة، تلقت مديرية أمن القاهرة بلاغاً بانهيار عقار آخر مكون من 3 طوابق في منطقة الساحل بشبرا. وأسفرت الحادثة عن إصابة ثلاثة أشخاص على الأقل، واستخرجت فرق الإنقاذ جثماناً من تحت الأنقاض بعد ساعات من العمل المتواصل.
وتواصلت جهود التمشيط للبحث عن مفقودين محتملين، وسط أنباء عن وجود أشخاص آخرين قد يكونون محاصرين.
وتم فرض كردون أمني حول الموقع، ودفعت السلطات بفرق فنية لتقييم سلامة المباني المجاورة، فيما بدأت تحقيقات عاجلة للوقوف على أسباب الانهيار، مع التركيز على حالة العقار وسجل المخالفات الإنشائية.
