أعلنت قوة الإطفاء العام في الكويت (الأحد)، مصرع 3 أشخاص وإصابة آخرين جراء حريق اندلع في مبنى سكني جنوب غربي العاصمة.
واندلع الحريق في شقتين في منطقة الرقعي التي تبعد نحو 10 كيلومترات من العاصمة، بحسب ما أعلنته وكالة الأنباء الكويتية.
وبحسب الوكالة، سيطرت فرق إطفاء مراكز الشويخ الصناعي والعارضية والبحث والإنقاذ فجر (الأحد)، على حريق شقتين في عمارة بمنطقة الرقعي، حيث باشرت الفرق مكافحة الحريق والسيطرة عليه.
ودعت إدارة العلاقات العامة والإعلام في قوة الإطفاء العام جميع ملاك المباني والمنشآت إلى الالتزام الصارم بتطبيق معايير السلامة والوقاية من الحرائق، مع ضرورة إزالة جميع العوائق من الممرات الخارجية، حفاظاً على سلامة الأرواح والممتلكات.

According to the agency, firefighting teams from the Shuwaikh Industrial, Ardiya, and Search and Rescue centers controlled the fire in two apartments in a building in the Al-Riqi area early on Sunday, where the teams began combating and controlling the blaze.
The Public Relations and Media Department of the Kuwait Fire Force urged all building and facility owners to strictly adhere to safety and fire prevention standards, emphasizing the need to remove all obstacles from external corridors to ensure the safety of lives and property.
