سجلت الشبكة القومية المصرية لرصد الزلازل مساء (الأحد) 3 هزات أرضية في أماكن مختلفة من أنحاء البلاد في مناطق الغردقة ومطروح والقاهرة الكبرى.
وأعلنت الشبكة القومية لرصد الزلازل عن رصد هزة أرضية ضعيفة بقوة 2.31 درجة على مقياس ريختر شمال غرب محافظة الجيزة، وقعت الهزة في تمام الساعة 8:10 مساءً بتوقيت القاهرة، على عمق 3.17 كيلو متر، بالقرب من منطقة كوم البيرة، وعلى بُعد نحو 8 كيلومتر شمال غرب مدينة الجيزة.
وأوضحت الشبكة القومية أنه تم رصد الهزة باستخدام 13 محطة زلزالية، وتم تحديد موقعها بدقة من خلال تحليل يدوي للموجات الزلزالية، وأشار البيان إلى أن الهزة لم تسفر عن أي خسائر، كما لم يشعر بها غالبية السكان نظراً لضعف قوتها، وتُصنّف من الزلازل غير المؤثرة.
وفي وقت سابق من مساء (الأحد) سجلت الشبكة القومية المصرية للزلازل هزة أرضية بالبحر الأحمر بقوة 3.3 درجة على مقياس ريختر على بعد 44 كيلو متراً شمال مدينة الغردقة وبعمق 10.16 كيلو متر.
وأكد معهد البحوث الفلكية في مصر أنه لم يرد للمعهد ما يفيد بوجود خسائر في الممتلكات أو الأرواح، ولكن ورد ما يفيد بشعور المواطنين بالهزة.
وأعلنت الشبكة تسجيلها في تمام الساعة 6 مساء (الأحد) هزة أرضية بجزيرة كريت بقوة 2.92 درجة على مقياس ريختر على بعد 457 كيلو متراً شمال مطروح وبعمق 43.61 كيلو متر.
The Egyptian National Network for Seismic Monitoring recorded three earthquakes on Sunday evening in different locations across the country, specifically in Hurghada, Matrouh, and Greater Cairo.
The network announced the detection of a weak earthquake measuring 2.31 on the Richter scale, located northwest of Giza Governorate. The tremor occurred at exactly 8:10 PM Cairo time, at a depth of 3.17 kilometers, near the Kom El-Bira area, about 8 kilometers northwest of Giza city.
The national network clarified that the tremor was detected using 13 seismic stations, and its location was accurately determined through manual analysis of the seismic waves. The statement indicated that the tremor did not result in any losses, and the majority of the population did not feel it due to its weak intensity, classifying it as a non-impactful earthquake.
Earlier on Sunday evening, the Egyptian National Seismic Network recorded an earthquake in the Red Sea measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale, located 44 kilometers north of Hurghada at a depth of 10.16 kilometers.
The Astronomical Research Institute in Egypt confirmed that it had not received any reports of property or life losses, but there were reports of citizens feeling the tremor.
The network announced that at 6 PM on Sunday, it recorded an earthquake on the island of Crete measuring 2.92 on the Richter scale, located 457 kilometers north of Matrouh at a depth of 43.61 kilometers.
