أعاد مدرب نادي الشباب الإسباني إيمانويل الغواسيل توهج المهاجم البرازيلي كارلوس جونيور مع الفريق للموسم الرياضي الجديد، والتمسك به والزج به لاعباً أساسياً في الفترة القادمة. إذ يسعى المدرب الغواسيل لتكوين فريق قوي قادر على المنافسة على المراكز المتقدمة في دوري روشن السعودي، وباقي بطولات الموسم محليّاً وخليجيّاً مما جعله يتمسك بوجود المهاجم البرازيلي ضمن خططه الفنية.
يذكر أن اللاعب كارلوس جونيور خاض تجربة احترافية الموسم الماضي على سبيل الإعارة مع نادي نيوم في دوري الدرجة الأولى، وواصل تألقه بتسجيله 15 هدفاً وصناعته ثلاثة أهداف خلال 28 مباراة.
ومنذ انضمامه للشباب في صيف 2021 قادماً من سانتا كلارا البرتغالي، لعب جونيور (29 عاماً) 81 مباراة مع الفريق، تمكن خلالها من تسجيل 41 هدفاً وصناعة 8 أهداف.

Since joining Al-Shabab in the summer of 2021 from Portuguese club Santa Clara, Junior (29 years old) has played 81 matches with the team, during which he managed to score 41 goals and provide 8 assists.
