وقع مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي، ورابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين (SPL) اتفاقية تعاون؛ تهدف إلى وضع إطار مشترك بين الجهتين، يقوم بموجبه المركز بإنشاء غرفة تحكيم مختصة للنظر في الاستئنافات المقدمة على القرارات الصادرة من لجنة الرقابة المالية (اللجنة الابتدائية) برابطة الدوري، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام اللائحة المالية لأندية رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين.
وقع الاتفاقية من جانب مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي الرئيس التنفيذي للمركز جابر الجهني، ومن جانب رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين الرئيس التنفيذي للرابطة عمر مغربل.
ويأتي توقيع هذه الاتفاقية امتدادًا لسلسلة من الشراكات والاتفاقيات التحكيمية التي يعقدها مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي مع عدد من المؤسسات والجهات الرياضية في المملكة؛ بهدف تعزيز العدالة، والحوكمة، ورفع كفاءة الإجراءات القانونية في القطاع الرياضي.
يُذكر أن المركز أبرم أخيرا اتفاقية مماثلة لإنشاء غرفة تحكيم مختصة بالنظر في الاستئنافات المرتبطة بالحالات الانضباطية الصادرة من الاتحادات الرياضية المشاركة في دورة الألعاب السعودية (2024).

The Saudi Sports Arbitration Center and the Saudi Professional League (SPL) signed a cooperation agreement aimed at establishing a common framework between the two parties, under which the center will create a specialized arbitration chamber to consider appeals submitted against decisions issued by the Financial Control Committee (the preliminary committee) of the league, in accordance with the provisions of the financial regulations for clubs of the Saudi Professional League.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center by its CEO, Jaber Al-Juhani, and on behalf of the Saudi Professional League by its CEO, Omar Maghrabi.
This agreement comes as an extension of a series of arbitration partnerships and agreements that the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center has established with several sports institutions and entities in the Kingdom, aimed at enhancing justice, governance, and improving the efficiency of legal procedures in the sports sector.
It is noteworthy that the center recently concluded a similar agreement to establish a specialized arbitration chamber to consider appeals related to disciplinary cases issued by the sports federations participating in the Saudi Games (2024).
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center by its CEO, Jaber Al-Juhani, and on behalf of the Saudi Professional League by its CEO, Omar Maghrabi.
