وصل مدافع فريق الهلال السنغالي كوليبالي، إلى المباراة رقم 100 في مشواره مع الهلال، بعدما خاض مباراته رقم 100 بقميص الزعيم في جميع البطولات، ويعتبر الهلال ثاني أكثر الفرق التي مثّلها «كوليبالي» عبر مسيرته، بعد «نابولي» الذي لعب في صفوفه 317 مباراة، فيما يأتي «جينك البلجيكي» ثالثاً بـ92 مباراة، سجّل كوليبالي 5 أهداف وقدم تمريرتين حاسمتين.
يذكر أن فريقه الهلال ودّع بطولة كأس العالم للأندية 2025، عقب خسارته أمام فلومينينسي البرازيلي بنتيجة 2‑1، في المباراة التي جمعتهما على ملعب «كامبينغ وورلد» بمدينة أورلاندو بولاية فلوريدا، ضمن دور ربع النهائي للبطولة.
وتقدم فلومينينسي أولاً بهدف ثمين قبل نهاية الشوط الأول عبر اللاعب مارتينيلي في الدقيقة 40، واستعاد الهلال توازنه في الشوط الثاني بعد تسجيله هدف التعادل عبر ماركوس ليوناردو بالدقيقة 50، قبل أن يضيف فلومينينسي هدف الفوز عبر هركوليس بالدقيقة 70 ليقود فريقه إلى نصف النهائي.
من جانبه، عبّر المدافع السنغالي كوليبالي عن فخره بأداء الفريق، وقال في تصريحات إعلامية: «كنا نستحق الفوز، الحكم لم يكن جيداً، ولم أفهم سبب عدم الرجوع إلى تقنية VAR في بعض الحالات، وعندما تخسر بهذه الطريقة يكون الأمر مؤلماً، لكنني فخور بفريقي».
The Senegalese defender of Al-Hilal, Koulibaly, reached his 100th match with the team, having played his 100th game in the club's colors across all competitions. Al-Hilal is considered the second team that Koulibaly has represented the most in his career, after Napoli, where he played 317 matches, while Belgian club Genk comes third with 92 matches. Koulibaly has scored 5 goals and provided 2 assists.
It is worth mentioning that his team, Al-Hilal, exited the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup after losing to Brazilian team Fluminense with a score of 2-1 in the match held at the "Camping World" stadium in Orlando, Florida, during the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Fluminense took the lead first with a valuable goal just before the end of the first half through player Martinelli in the 40th minute. Al-Hilal regained its balance in the second half after scoring the equalizer through Marcos Leonardo in the 50th minute, before Fluminense added the winning goal through Hercules in the 70th minute to lead his team to the semi-finals.
For his part, Senegalese defender Koulibaly expressed his pride in the team's performance, stating in media remarks: "We deserved to win, the referee was not good, and I did not understand why VAR was not used in some cases. Losing in this way is painful, but I am proud of my team."
