بعد إعلان الهلال تعاقده مع مهاجم الشباب المغربي عبدالرزاق حمدالله، على سبيل الإعارة، لدعم صفوفه في بطولة كأس العالم للأندية 2025 المقامة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، يصبح «الزعيم» رابع فريق سعودي يرتدي حمدالله قميصه، بعد النصر والاتحاد والشباب، ليكمل رحلته نحو التتويج بلقب الهداف التاريخي للدوري السعودي للمحترفين على مر التاريخ، إذ تفصله 4 أهداف فقط عن المهاجم عمر السومة صاحب الـ154 هدفاً.
من جانبه أكد المستشار القانوني سعود الرمان أنه وفقاً لما ورد في المادة 36 من لائحة الاحتراف وأوضاع اللاعبين المعتمدة من قبل الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وتحديداً الفقرة الثالثة، فإن الحد الأدنى لمدة الإعارة هو «الفترة الواقعة بين فترتي التسجيل».
وأوضح الرمان أن هذا النص يعني بشكل واضح أن الإعارة لا يمكن أن تنتهي أو تُلغى إلا عند حلول فترة التسجيل التالية، وهو ما يمنع اللاعب عبدالرزاق حمدالله من العودة إلى الشباب أو المشاركة معه قبل انطلاق فترة التسجيل الشتوية القادمة.
وأشار إلى أن أي محاولة لتسجيل اللاعب خارج هذه المدة ستكون مخالفة صريحة للائحة، وتُعرض الأطراف المعنية للمساءلة الانضباطية.
واختتم الرمان تصريحه بالتشديد على أهمية التقيد بالنصوص النظامية المعتمدة، خصوصاً في ظل تصاعد الحديث الجماهيري والإعلامي حول مستقبل اللاعب، مؤكداً أن «العقود واللوائح لا تُدار بالرغبة، بل بالالتزام».

Al-Rumman explained that this text clearly means that the loan cannot end or be canceled except at the next registration period, which prevents player Abderrazak Hamdallah from returning to Al-Shabab or participating with them before the upcoming winter registration period begins.
He pointed out that any attempt to register the player outside this period would be a clear violation of the regulations and would expose the involved parties to disciplinary accountability.
