نشر نجم خط دفاع ليفربول إبراهيما كوناتي صوراً عبر حسابه الشخصي تظهر قضاءه لإجازته في أحد مشاريع البحر الأحمر بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وهو المشروع الكبير الذي أطلقه ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان ضمن برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، ويمتد مشروع البحر الأحمر على طول الساحل الغربي للمملكة، ويغطي مساحة تصل إلى 34,000 كيلومتر مربع. يربط المشروع بين مدينة الوجه شمالاً ومدينة أملج جنوباً، ويبعد نحو 500 كيلومتر شمال جدة. يتميز بموقع إستراتيجي على شاطئ البحر الأحمر ويشمل 90 جزيرة تتنوع بين طبيعية وصناعية، ويحتوي على مجموعة من البراكين والشعاب المرجانية التي تعزز من جاذبيته البيئية.
وكان اسم نجم ليفربول إبراهيما كوناتي قد تصدر الأخبار خلال الساعات الأخيرة، عقب أن أشارت عدة تقارير صحفية إلى رفضه تجديد عقده مع ليفربول الذي ينتهي في صيف 2026. وقالت شبكة فوت ميركاتو الفرنسية إن عددًا من الأندية الكبرى على علم بوضع كوناتي وتتابع تطوراته عن كثب، من بينها ريال مدريد، برشلونة، وباريس سان جيرمان وبما أنه من مواليد باريس، قد يكون منفتحًا لفكرة العودة إلى العاصمة الفرنسية، لكن مصادر تؤكد أن خياره المفضل هو الانتقال إلى ريال مدريد.
