نظمت وزارة الرياضة، الثلاثاء 24 يونيو 2025، ممثلة بمعهد إعداد القادة، ورشة عمل حضورية للتعريف بمشروع الرخص المهنية والاعتماد البرامجي ومعاهد التدريب الرياضي، وذلك بحضور مساعد وزير الرياضة عبدالإله بن سعد الدلاك، وعدد من ممثلي القطاع العام، وممثلي القطاع الخاص ذات العلاقة.
وتهدف الورشة، التي تأتي بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة للتراخيص، إلى استعراض الأهداف العامة، ومراحل البناء، والفرص المستقبلية المتاحة أمام القطاع الخاص للمساهمة في تطوير القطاع الرياضي، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في تمكين الكفاءات من القوى العاملة، ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة في المجال الرياضي.
وشملت الورشة جلسة حوارية مع الشركاء كافة لتعزيز سبل التعاون، لتنظيم مزاولة المهن الرياضية، ورفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية، وتوفير بيئة استثمار جاذبة في القطاع الرياضي.
من جانبها، قالت مدير عام معهد إعداد القادة الدكتورة مزنة بنت عبدالرحمن المرزوقي في كلمتها الافتتاحية: «نلتقي اليوم ضمن مسيرة تطوير القطاع الرياضي، الذي يشهد نمواً متسارعاً على المستويات كافة، نظير الدعم غير المحدود من القيادة الرشيدة، والمتابعة والتوجيه المستمرين من وزير الرياضة، حيث تظهر الحاجة الملحة نظير هذا التطور إلى أطر مهنية متكاملة تضمن جودة الممارسة وكفاءة العاملين في القطاع، وهنا يأتي مشروع الرخص المهنية والاعتماد البرامجي للقطاع الرياضي كخطوة استراتيجية نحو بناء بيئة تنظيمية متقدمة، تُرسخ المعايير المهنية في جميع المجالات الرياضية، وتُعزز ثقة المجتمع والمؤسسات في الكفاءات الوطنية ومراكز التدريب المعتمدة».
يذكر أن مشروع «الرخص المهنية والاعتماد البرامجي» يعد إحدى مبادرات الوزارة الهادفة لتطوير وتنظيم القطاع الرياضي، من خلال منح الرخص والشهادات المهنية والاعتماد البرامجي للتدريب المهني الرياضي، وفق أعلى المعايير المتوافقة مع أفضل الممارسات العالمية، فيما تأتي إقامة هذه الورش ضمن سلسلة من المبادرات التي تسعى من خلالها الوزارة إلى بناء بيئة رياضية احترافية، وتعزيز جودة الأداء في المؤسسات الرياضية، من خلال تطوير مسارات مهنية واضحة ومعتمدة للكفاءات العاملة في المجال، وهذا بتفعيل الشراكة الفاعلة مع القطاع الخاص لدعم التوجيهات التنموية للوزارة.

The Ministry of Sports, represented by the Leadership Preparation Institute, organized an in-person workshop on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, to introduce the professional licensing project and program accreditation for sports training institutes. This event was attended by the Assistant Minister of Sports, Abdulilah bin Saad Al-Dalak, along with several representatives from the public sector and relevant private sector representatives.
The workshop, which comes in collaboration with the General Administration of Licensing, aims to showcase the general objectives, construction phases, and future opportunities available for the private sector to contribute to the development of the sports sector, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to empower the workforce and enhance the quality of services provided in the sports field.
The workshop included a discussion session with all partners to enhance cooperation in organizing the practice of sports professions, raising professional efficiency, and providing an attractive investment environment in the sports sector.
For her part, Dr. Muzna bint Abdulrahman Al-Marzouqi, General Director of the Leadership Preparation Institute, stated in her opening speech: “We meet today as part of the journey to develop the sports sector, which is witnessing rapid growth at all levels, thanks to the unlimited support from the wise leadership and the continuous follow-up and guidance from the Minister of Sports. This rapid development highlights the urgent need for comprehensive professional frameworks that ensure the quality of practice and the efficiency of workers in the sector. Here, the professional licensing and program accreditation project for the sports sector comes as a strategic step towards building an advanced regulatory environment that establishes professional standards in all sports fields and enhances the community's and institutions' trust in national competencies and accredited training centers.”
It is worth mentioning that the "Professional Licensing and Program Accreditation" project is one of the ministry's initiatives aimed at developing and organizing the sports sector by granting licenses and professional certificates and program accreditation for sports vocational training, according to the highest standards in line with the best global practices. The establishment of these workshops is part of a series of initiatives through which the ministry aims to build a professional sports environment and enhance performance quality in sports institutions by developing clear and accredited professional pathways for the competencies working in the field, activating effective partnerships with the private sector to support the ministry's developmental directives.
