انطلقت في العاصمة الماليزية كوالالمبور، أعمال المؤتمر الخامس لتطوير المدربين الذي ينظمه الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم، بمشاركة أكثر من 100 محاضر يمثلون مختلف الاتحادات الأعضاء، وذلك ضمن جهود القارة لرسم ملامح خارطة طريق مستقبلية ترتقي بالعملية التدريبية، تحت شعار: «تشكيل مستقبل تطوير المدربين».
ويأتي المؤتمر بمشاركة نخبة من أبرز الخبراء العالميين في مجالات التدريب والتأهيل الكروي، من ضمنهم متحدثون رسميون من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) والاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (يويفا)، بهدف تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز قدرات الاتحادات الأعضاء على تلبية متطلبات ميثاق التدريب الآسيوي الطموح.
وتناول اليوم الأول من المؤتمر جملة من القضايا المفصلية التي تعكس التغيرات المتسارعة في كرة القدم الحديثة، حيث دار النقاش حول تطور الأدوار التكتيكية، لا سيما الدور المتغير للمهاجمين، وأهمية القيادة الفعالة في البيئات الاحترافية، إلى جانب صقل المهارات الشخصية للمدربين، مثل إدارة الإعلام والتعامل مع الأزمات، والتكيف مع التحولات المتزايدة في المشهد الكروي العالمي.
ويحظى المشاركون خلال أيام المؤتمر الثلاثة بفرصة الاطلاع على تجارب متعددة ومتنوعة، تشمل إعادة تقييم عضوية الاتحادات الوطنية ضمن ميثاق التدريب، وتطوير كفاءة المحاضرين، وآليات منح الرخص التدريبية بمختلف مستوياتها.
ومن المقرر أن تستكمل فعاليات المؤتمر في اليومين القادمين بجملة من المحاور، أبرزها مناقشة متطلبات الانضمام إلى ميثاق التدريب في الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم، والتطرق إلى البُعد العاطفي كعامل متصاعد التأثير في اللعبة، إلى جانب استعراض شامل لأهم مخرجات بطولات الاتحاد الآسيوي التي أُقيمت خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي، وفي مقدمتها دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، والنسخة الأولى من دوري أبطال آسيا للسيدات، وكأس آسيا للشباب تحت 20 عاماً التي احتضنتها الصين.
ويعكس هذا المؤتمر التزام الاتحاد الآسيوي بتعزيز البنية الفنية والتدريبية في القارة، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل جديد من المدربين القادرين على مواكبة المتغيرات وتطوير منظومة كرة القدم الآسيوية وفقاً لأعلى المعايير الدولية.

The fifth conference for the development of coaches, organized by the Asian Football Confederation, has kicked off in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, with the participation of more than 100 lecturers representing various member associations. This is part of the continent's efforts to outline a future roadmap that enhances the coaching process, under the slogan: "Shaping the Future of Coach Development."
The conference features a selection of prominent global experts in the fields of coaching and football qualification, including official speakers from FIFA and UEFA, with the aim of exchanging experiences and enhancing the capabilities of member associations to meet the requirements of the ambitious Asian Coaching Charter.
The first day of the conference addressed a number of pivotal issues that reflect the rapid changes in modern football, where discussions revolved around the evolution of tactical roles, particularly the changing role of forwards, the importance of effective leadership in professional environments, as well as honing personal skills for coaches, such as media management, crisis handling, and adapting to the increasing transformations in the global football landscape.
Participants during the three days of the conference will have the opportunity to learn about various and diverse experiences, including the reevaluation of national associations' membership within the coaching charter, the development of lecturers' competencies, and the mechanisms for granting coaching licenses at various levels.
The conference activities are scheduled to continue over the next two days with a series of topics, the most prominent of which include discussing the requirements for joining the coaching charter in UEFA, addressing the emotional dimension as an increasingly influential factor in the game, as well as a comprehensive review of the key outcomes of the AFC tournaments held during the first half of this year, including the AFC Champions League for elite teams, the inaugural AFC Women's Champions League, and the AFC U-20 Asian Cup hosted by China.
