الأهلي يواجه العين الاماراتي في ختام معسكر إسبانيا

The Al-Ahli team is set to play their fifth friendly match against the UAE's Al-Ain team at 12 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, to conclude their training camp in Spain. Coach Matthias Jaissle has relied on the technical style and the starting lineup that he will use for the last friendly match in the "European" training camp for the new sports season, which the Al-Ahli team will kick off with a match against Al-Qadisiyah on Wednesday, August 20, at 3:00 PM at the Hong Kong International Stadium, as part of the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup.

The Al-Ahli team began its preparation program for the new sports season with the first phase in a training camp in Austria, where they played a single friendly match against the Austrian team Tirol and won with a score of 1-2. In the second phase, during the training camp in Italy, the team participated in a friendly tournament and lost two matches: against the Italian team Como 1-3, and against the Scottish team Celtic in a penalty shootout 5-3, after a 1-1 draw in the regular time. In the third and final phase, the Al-Ahli team won the friendly match against the Spanish team Elche with a score of two goals to none.

Coach Matthias Jaissle is looking to prepare the football team for competitions in the new season locally (Saudi Super Cup, Roshan Saudi Professional League, and King’s Cup), regionally (AFC Champions League for elite clubs), and globally (FIFA Club World Cup).
