يخوض الكابتن جمال باجندوح مرحلة جديدة في مسيرته بكرة القدم، بدخوله لعالم التدريب، إذ بدأ دراسة التدريب في نادي تشيلسي للحصول على رخصة الـ(UEFA) للبريميرليغ.
وتمنى النجم جمال باجندوح أن يوفق في اتجاهه لعالم التدريب، وأن يواصل مسيرته في كرة القدم، ويحقق النجاح بالحصول على رخصة الـ(UEFA) للبريميرليغ، ويستطيع تحقيق النجاحات في عالم التدريب.
وبدأ جمال باجندوح مسيرته في لعب كرة القدم في الأندية الإنجليزية، ومنها نادي يمبورن تاون، وبيشلي، وبورنموث، ومن ثم خاض تجارب احترافية مع نادي فارازدين الكرواتي، وكذلك مع أندية (الاتحاد، والشباب، والطائي).
