سجل مهاجم المنتخب السعودي صالح الشهري اسمه في بطولة الكأس الذهبية «الكونكاكاف»، بعد أن سجل هدف الأخضر في مرمى منتخب هايتي، إذ يعتبر هدف الشهري الأول باسم منتخبنا الوطني في «الكونكاكاف».
وشارك اللاعب بقميص الأخضر في 38 مباراة (من ضمنها مباراة هايتي)، سجل خلالها 15 هدفاً، وصنع هدفين، بواقع 2030 دقيقة لعب، بحسب منصة ترانسفير ماركت.
كما أعلنت اللجنة المنظمة لبطولة الكأس الذهبية اختيار مهاجم الأخضر صالح الشهري كأفضل لاعب بمباراة المنتخب الوطني وهايتي.
