أعلن منظمو سباق فورمولا 1 اليوم (الإثنين) تغيير موعد السباق الرئيسي لجائزة أذربيجان الكُبرى من الأحد إلى السبت، والمقرر العام القادم.
وأوضح الاتحاد الدولي للسيارات أن تغيير موعد السباق المنظم في باكو، العاصمة الأذربيجانية، جاء بناءً على طلب المنظمين والأطراف الحكومية المعنية، لتجنب التعارض مع اليوم الوطني في البلاد.
وكان من المقرر أن ينظم السباق في 27 سبتمبر من العام القادم، ولكنه سيلعب في 26 من الشهر ذاته، مع تقديم موعد كافة أيام السباق الثلاثة أيضاً، ما يعني تنظيم سباقين، السبت، ضمن 24 سباقاً في بطولة العالم لسباقات فورمولا 1 للسيارات العام القادم، إذ إنه من المقرر تنظيم سباق الجائزة الكبرى الليلي في لاس فيجاس، السبت، 21 نوفمبر 2026.
كما أشار المنظمون إلى بدء اختبارات ما قبل الموسم من دون جمهور على حلبة برشلونة الإسبانية يناير القادم، طبقاً لرويترز.
وتدخل فورمولا 1 عصر محركات جديداً الموسم القادم، مع تغييرات تقنية كبيرة، وستصل السيارات الجديدة للحلبة في وقت مبكر عن المعتاد، إذ ستجري كافة الفرق ثلاثة اختبارات قبل الموسم للتخلص من أي مشكلات. ويجرى الاختبار الأول في الفترة من 26 إلى 30 يناير على حلبة كاتالونيا.
ويبدأ الموسم الجديد في أستراليا 8 مارس 2026.

The organizers of the Formula 1 race announced today (Monday) the change of the main race date for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix from Sunday to Saturday, scheduled for next year.
The International Automobile Federation explained that the change in the date of the race organized in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, came at the request of the organizers and the relevant government parties, to avoid a conflict with the national day in the country.
The race was originally scheduled to take place on September 27 of next year, but it will now be held on the 26th of the same month, with the dates for all three race days also being moved forward, meaning that two races will be organized on Saturday, as part of 24 races in the Formula 1 World Championship next year, since the night Grand Prix in Las Vegas is scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026.
The organizers also indicated that pre-season testing will begin without spectators at the Spanish circuit in Barcelona next January, according to Reuters.
Formula 1 enters a new engine era next season, with significant technical changes, and the new cars will arrive at the circuit earlier than usual, as all teams will conduct three pre-season tests to address any issues. The first test will take place from January 26 to 30 at the Catalunya circuit.
The new season begins in Australia on March 8, 2026.
