ثمانية لقاءات في مونديال كأس العالم للأندية المقام حالياً في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية انتهت بفوز أحد الفريقين بأربعة أهداف، وجاءت ثلاثة منها في دور الـ16 وما زالت المنافسات مستمرة، ويعد فريق باريس سان جيرمان هو الفريق الوحيد إلى الآن الذي فاز مرتين بالأربعة وهو من افتتح مسلسل الرباعيات بفوزه على نظيره فريق اتلتيكو مدريد برباعية نظيفة.
وفي دور المجموعات أيضاً أنتصر فريق مونتيري المكسيكي على اوراوا ريد دياموندر الياباني برباعية نظيفة، كما انتصر بوروسيا دورتموند الألماني على صن داونز الجنوب أفريقي بنتيجة 4/ 3 بعد مباراة مثيرة من الفريقين، والغريب إن الفريقين الفائزين بالرباعية سيلتقيان في دور الـ16 فجر الأربعاء القادم.
وفاز أيضاً فريق فلومينينسي البرازيلي على أولسان هيونداي موتورز الكوري الجنوبي بنتيجة 4/ 2، وانتصر يوفنتوس الإيطالي على الوداد المغربي بنتيجة 4/ 1.
وفي دور الـ16 انتهت 3 لقاءات من أصل 4 بفوز أحد الفريقين برباعية إذ افتتح تشلسي الإنجليزي مسلسل الرباعيات في دور خروج المغلوب على حساب بنفيكا البرتغالي رغم الأشواط الإضافية بعد أن انتهت الأشواط الأصلية بالتعادل بهدف لكل منهما ومن ثم أحرز تشلسي ثلاثة أهداف لينتهي اللقاء بفوز الإنجليز 4/ 1، وعاد فريق باريس سان جيرمان مجدداً ليضرب رباعية جديدة على حساب أصحاب الأرض والجمهور فريق انتر ميامي الذي يقوده الأسطورة الأرجنتينية ليونيل ميسي وجاءت الأهداف الأربعة في شوط اللقاء الأول، وآخر الرباعيات سطرها فريق بايرن ميونخ الألماني على حساب فلامينغو البرازيلي وبنتيجة 4/ 2، وتبقت 4 لقاءات في دور الـ16 وربما تشهد المزيد من الرباعيات.

The last four-goal victory was recorded by Germany's Bayern Munich against Brazil's Flamengo with a score of 4-2, and there are still 4 matches remaining in the Round of 16, which may witness more four-goal victories.
