سيطر الحزن والهدوء على ملامح لاعب المنتخب المصري والنادي الأهلي إمام عاشور، لحظة وصوله إلى فندق إقامته في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، عقب خضوعه لجراحة ناجحة في عظمة الترقوة، إثر الإصابة التي تعرض لها خلال مشاركته في مباراة الأهلي أمام إنتر ميامي الأمريكي، في انطلاقة مشوار النادي بكأس العالم للأندية 2025.
وظهر عاشور في حالة نفسية صعبة، حيث التزم الصمت ولم يتفاعل مع كاميرات المتابعين، في وقت أكدت مصادر قريبة من بعثة الأهلي أن اللاعب يشعر بإحباط شديد بسبب غيابه القسري عن مباريات الفريق القادمة.
يُذكر أن الجهاز الفني للنادي الأهلي يعوّل كثيراً على لاعب الوسط الشاب، لما يمتلكه من مهارات عالية وقدرة على صناعة الفارق، ما يجعل غيابه خسارة كبيرة للفريق في هذه المرحلة الحاسمة.
وتعرض إمام عاشور للإصابة في الدقيقة 12 من المباراة، بعد تدخل قوي من أحد لاعبي إنتر ميامي أثناء محاولته السيطرة على الكرة.
وحاول الجهاز الطبي علاجه داخل الملعب، لكن اللاعب سقط باكياً من شدة الألم، ليتم استبداله بأحمد مصطفى (زيزو)، الذي شارك لأول مرة رسمياً مع الأهلي.

It is worth noting that the coaching staff of Al Ahly relies heavily on the young midfielder, due to his high skills and ability to make a difference, which makes his absence a significant loss for the team at this critical stage.
Imam Ashour was injured in the 12th minute of the match after a strong tackle from one of the Inter Miami players while he was trying to control the ball.
The medical staff attempted to treat him on the field, but the player fell to the ground crying out in pain, leading to his substitution with Ahmed Mostafa (Zizo), who made his official debut with Al Ahly.
