أصدر الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع مرسوماً يحظر إدخال البضائع الإسرائيلية إلى البلاد، وفق ما أوردت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا).
وأفادت وكالة (سانا)، بأن الشرع أصدر المرسوم رقم (109) لعام 2026، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، ويتضمن قانوناً جديداً للجمارك، بديلاً عن القانونين السابقين لعام 2006 وتعديلاتهما.
وتنص المادة 112 من المرسوم الجديد على أنه يمنع دخول عدد من البضائع للمنطقة الحرة، من بينها «البضائع الممنوعة لمخالفتها لأحكام مقاطعة إسرائيل». وتنص المادة أيضاً على منع دخول «البضائع التي يعود منشؤها إلى بلد تقرر مقاطعته اقتصادياً».
وتشير المادة 206 من المرسوم أيضاً إلى أن المحكمة الجمركية تحكم «بالنفاذ المعجل» في حالات عدة من بينها «إذا كانت البضاعة المهربة مخدرات، أو أسلحة حربية، أو ذخائر، أو بضائع إسرائيلية، أو بضائع ممنوعة معينة مهما بلغت قيمتها».
أما المادة 217 من المرسوم فتؤكد أن المحكمة الجمركية تحكم بالغرامات القصوى في «الظروف المشددة»، من بينها «مخالفة بيان الحمولة فيما يتعلق بمكان الشحن من الدول المقاطعة اقتصادياً».
وتأتي هذه الإجراءات تأكيداً على الموقف الرسمي السوري تجاه «قوانين مقاطعة إسرائيل» الصادرة عن جامعة الدول العربية منذ خمسينات القرن الماضي.
وتحظر القوانين السورية أي شكل من أشكال العلاقات التجارية أو الاقتصادية أو الاستثمارية مع إسرائيل، وتعتبر دخول أي منتج إسرائيلي إلى الأسواق المحلية أو المناطق الحرة جريمة تهريب كبرى تمس الأمن القومي.
من جهة أخرى، دوّى انفجار، اليوم الثلاثاء، في دمشق، لم تتضح طبيعته، وفق ما أوردت وكالة الأنباء السورية الرسمية «سانا»، في حين تحدث شهود عيان عن سيارة اندلعت النيران فيها في منطقة باب شرقي. وأفادت وكالة «سانا»، في خبر مقتضب، بـ«سماع دوي انفجار في دمشق يجري التحقق من طبيعته».
وتحدث شهود عيان عن سيارة تحترق في وسط شارع قرب مبنى إدارة التسليح التابع لوزارة الدفاع. وفرضت قوات الأمن طوقاً أمنياً في المكان.
من جهته، قال مصدر عسكري سوري إن عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة داخل سيارة انفجرت بالقرب من البوابة الأمامية لمركز إدارة الأسلحة في دمشق.
The Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara issued a decree prohibiting the entry of Israeli goods into the country, according to the Syrian news agency (SANA).
SANA reported that al-Shara issued decree No. (109) for the year 2026 today (Tuesday), which includes a new customs law, replacing the previous laws from 2006 and their amendments.
Article 112 of the new decree states that the entry of a number of goods into the free zone is prohibited, including "goods banned for violating the provisions of the boycott against Israel." The article also prohibits the entry of "goods originating from a country that has been decided to be economically boycotted."
Article 206 of the decree also indicates that the customs court rules on "immediate enforcement" in several cases, including "if the smuggled goods are drugs, or military weapons, or ammunition, or Israeli goods, or specific banned goods regardless of their value."
Meanwhile, Article 217 of the decree confirms that the customs court imposes maximum fines in "aggravating circumstances," including "violating the cargo declaration regarding the place of shipment from economically boycotted countries."
These measures come as a reaffirmation of the official Syrian stance towards the "laws of the boycott against Israel" issued by the Arab League since the 1950s.
The Syrian laws prohibit any form of commercial, economic, or investment relations with Israel, and consider the entry of any Israeli product into local markets or free zones a major smuggling crime that affects national security.
On another note, an explosion occurred today, Tuesday, in Damascus, the nature of which remains unclear, according to the official Syrian news agency "SANA," while eyewitnesses reported a vehicle that caught fire in the Bab Sharqi area. SANA briefly reported, "An explosion was heard in Damascus, and its nature is being verified."
Eyewitnesses spoke of a burning car in the middle of a street near the Armament Administration building of the Ministry of Defense. Security forces imposed a security cordon in the area.
For its part, a Syrian military source stated that an explosive device planted inside a vehicle exploded near the front gate of the Armament Administration center in Damascus.
