لقي قائد «وحدة فاتحين» التابعة للحرس الثوري الإيراني العميد محمد علي فتح علي زاده مصرعه، ووفقاً لوكالة دفاع برس الإيرانية، فإن زاده قُتل في القصف الذي وقع مساء أمس (الأربعاء).
وتعد «وحدة فاتحين» إحدى الوحدات المنضوية تحت لواء الحرس الثوري الإيراني، ويتلقى أعضاؤها تدريبات عسكرية تخصصية متقدمة تفوق التدريبات التقليدية، وكانت لهذه الوحدة مشاركات سابقة في الحرب السورية.
ولليوم الـ34 من الحرب على إيران، دوت انفجارات قوية في أرجاء طهران، اليوم (الخميس)، ما أدى إلى اهتزاز مبانٍ في العاصمة الإيرانية.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام إيرانية أن هناك انفجارات في غرب طهران وشرقها، كما تصاعدت أعمدة دخان ضخمة قرب مطار مدينة مشهد شمال شرقي إيران.
وأشارت إلى أن غارة استهدفت خزاناً نفطياً مما أدى إلى انفجاره واشتعال النيران، مبينة أن هناك غارة جوية على جسر يربط طهران ومدينة كرج.
وفي السياق ذاته، أكد قائد القيادة المركزية الأمريكية براد كوبر أن الحملة العسكرية ضد إيران دخلت أسبوعها الخامس مع تحقيق تقدم لا يمكن إنكاره على الأرض، موضحاً أن قواته لم تعد ترصد أي نشاط يذكر للبحرية أو سلاح الجو الإيراني.
وأشار إلى أن أنظمة الدفاع الجوي والصاروخي دُمّرت إلى حد كبير، ما يعكس تراجعاً واضحاً في القدرات العملياتية لطهران.
ونشرت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية ملخصاً لنتائج عملية «الغضب الملحمي» التي أطلقتها الولايات المتحدة في 28 فبراير الماضي، كاشفة حصيلة العمليات حتى الأول من أبريل.

On the 34th day of the war against Iran, strong explosions were heard throughout Tehran today (Thursday), causing buildings in the Iranian capital to shake.
Iranian media reported that there were explosions in both western and eastern Tehran, and massive columns of smoke rose near Mashhad Airport in northeastern Iran.
It was noted that an airstrike targeted an oil tank, leading to its explosion and the outbreak of fire, indicating that there was an airstrike on a bridge connecting Tehran and the city of Karaj.

He pointed out that air and missile defense systems have been largely destroyed, reflecting a clear decline in Tehran's operational capabilities.
The U.S. Central Command published a summary of the results of Operation "Epic Wrath," which the United States launched on February 28, revealing the outcomes of operations up to April 1.
