بعد مباحثاتها مع رئيس جهاز المخابرات العامة المصرية الوزير حسن رشاد اليوم (الأحد)، أعلنت حركة حماس التزامها بخطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، وشددت على ضرورة وقف الخروقات الإسرائيلية.
وقالت الحركة إن وفدها برئاسة رئيس المجلس القيادي محمد درويش وعضوية خالد مشعل وخليل الحية ونزار عوض الله وزاهر جبارين وغازي حمد ناقش في القاهرة تطورات اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، والأوضاع الميدانية في قطاع غزة، موضحة أن الطرفين استعرضا مستجدات اتفاق وقف النار، وآليات الانتقال إلى المرحلة الثانية منه، إضافة إلى التحديات الميدانية في القطاع.
وأكدت حماس التزامها بتنفيذ المرحلة الأولى كاملة، مشددة على ضرورة وقف الخروقات الصهيونية المستمرة.
وحذرت الحركة من أن الخروقات تهدد بتقويض الاتفاق إذا استمرت دون معالجة، داعية إلى اعتماد آلية واضحة وفعّالة برعاية الوسطاء، تقوم على الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي خرق، بما يمكّن الوسطاء من اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لوقفه ومنع أي خطوات أحادية قد تزيد التوتر أو تضر بمسار الاتفاق.
وناقش الوفد سبل معالجة قضية مقاتلي رفح بشكل عاجل من خلال جهود الوسطاء مع مختلف الأطراف، مع التنويه بأن التواصل مع المقاتلين منقطع.
وكان وفد من حماس قد وصل إلى القاهرة للقاء مسؤولين في جهاز المخابرات المصرية وبحث تطورات ملف التصعيد في غزة.
ونقلت صحيفة «هآرتس» عن مسؤولين أمريكيين تأكيدهم أنّ واشنطن بدأت بتقليص وجودها العسكري في المركز الخاص بغزة، وهو المركز المعني بمراقبة اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، وإدخال المساعدات، ونزع السلاح في غزة.

The movement stated that its delegation, headed by the Chairman of the Leadership Council, Muhammad Darwish, and including Khaled Mashal, Khalil Hayya, Nizar Awad Allah, Zahir Jabareen, and Ghazi Hamad, discussed in Cairo the developments of the ceasefire agreement and the field conditions in the Gaza Strip, clarifying that both parties reviewed the updates on the ceasefire agreement and the mechanisms for transitioning to its second phase, in addition to the field challenges in the sector.
Hamas confirmed its commitment to fully implement the first phase, stressing the need to stop the ongoing Zionist violations.
The movement warned that these violations threaten to undermine the agreement if they continue without resolution, calling for the adoption of a clear and effective mechanism under the auspices of mediators, based on the immediate reporting of any breach, enabling the mediators to take the necessary actions to stop it and prevent any unilateral steps that could increase tensions or harm the course of the agreement.
The delegation discussed ways to urgently address the issue of Rafah fighters through the mediators' efforts with various parties, noting that communication with the fighters has been cut off.
A Hamas delegation had arrived in Cairo to meet with officials from the Egyptian intelligence service and discuss the developments regarding the escalation in Gaza.
The newspaper "Haaretz" reported that U.S. officials confirmed that Washington has begun to reduce its military presence in the center dedicated to Gaza, which is responsible for monitoring the ceasefire agreement, delivering aid, and disarming in Gaza.
