قوبل إعلان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب مساء أمس الإثنين وتفاصيل خطته الجديدة لإنهاء الحرب في قطاع غزة بترحيب عربي ودولي، وسط دعوات لاغتنام المبادرة باعتبارها فرصة لوقف إطلاق النار، وإطلاق سراح المحتجزين، وتمهيد الطريق نحو سلام عادل ودائم في الشرق الأوسط.
وتعهد ترمب بأن يتحول القطاع إلى «منطقة خالية من التطرف والإرهاب»، وأن لا يُشكّل تهديدا لجيرانه. وأكد أن هذه المبادرة تسعى إلى وقف دائم لإطلاق النار، وإعادة الاستقرار للمنطقة. وقال في مؤتمر صحفي من البيت الأبيض إن «هذه الخطة تهدف إلى منح سكان غزة السلام والازدهار، دون أن يُجبر أحد على مغادرة منزله»، داعيا الأطراف المعنية إلى التعاطي معها «بمسؤولية وواقعية».
ترحيب عربي وإسلامي
رحب وزراء خارجية السعودية والأردن والإمارات وإندونيسيا وباكستان، وتركيا، وقطر، ومصر بالدور القيادي للرئيس دونالد ترمب وجهوده لإنهاء الحرب في غزة، مؤكدين ثقتهم بقدرته على إيجاد طريق للسلام.
وشدد الوزراء في بيان على أهمية الشراكة مع الولايات المتحدة في ترسيخ السلام في المنطقة، ورحبوا بإعلان الرئيس ترمب عن مقترحه الذي يتضمن إنهاء الحرب، وإعادة إعمار غزة، ومنع تهجير الشعب الفلسطيني، ودفع عجلة السلام الشامل، وكذلك إعلانه رفض ضم الضفة الغربية.
وأكدوا استعدادهم للتعاون بشكل إيجابي وبنّاء مع أمريكا والأطراف المعنية لإتمام الاتفاق وضمان تنفيذه، بما يضمن السلام والأمن والاستقرار لشعوب المنطقة. وشدد الوزراء على التزامهم المشترك بالعمل مع أمريكا لإنهاء الحرب في قطاع غزة باتفاق شامل يضمن إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية الكافية إلى القطاع دون قيود، وعدم تهجير الفلسطينيين، وإطلاق سراح الرهائن، وإنشاء آلية أمنية تضمن أمن جميع الأطراف.
وأكد البيان على ضرورة الانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل، وإعادة إعمار غزة، وتكريس مسار للسلام العادل على أساس حل الدولتين، يتم بموجبه توحيد غزة بشكل كامل مع الضفة الغربية في دولة فلسطينية وفقًا للقانون الدولي باعتبار ذلك مفتاحًا لتحقيق الاستقرار والأمن الإقليميين.
مجلس التعاون الخليجي: جدية التنفيذ
رحب الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون الخليجي جاسم محمد البديوي بخطة الرئيس دونالد ترمب لإنهاء الحرب في غزة. وقال إن وقف إطلاق النار وإدخال المساعدات ومنع تهجير السكان من غزة أولويات ينبغي أن تكون في صلب أي تحرك دولي مسؤول. وأضاف البديوي، في بيان صحفي، أن نجاح أي مبادرة مرهون بجدية التنفيذ وضمان حماية المدنيين وتوفير الظروف الملائمة للاستقرار، وأن أي جهد دولي يهدف إلى إنهاء الأزمة ووضع حد للكارثة الإنسانية بقطاع غزة يستحق الإشادة والتفاعل معه والمساهمة فيه.
ولفت الأمين العام إلى أن مجلس التعاون ينظر بإيجابية إلى الخطوات المقترحة، التي يمكن أن تسهم في التمهيد لمسار حقيقي عادل يضمن الحقوق الثابتة للشعب الفلسطيني، وفي مقدمتها إقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود الرابع من يونيو 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
نائب أبو مازن: حل الدولتين
جدد نائب الرئيس الفلسطيني حسين الشيخ التأكيد على «الالتزام المشترك» مع الولايات المتحدة من أجل إنهاء الحرب والوصول إلى اتفاق شامل على أساس حل الدولتين. وكتب في منشور على منصة «إكس»: «نرحب بجهود الرئيس دونالد ترمب الصادقة لإنهاء الحرب، ونعبّر عن ثقتنا بقدرته على إيجاد طريق نحو السلام». وأكد الانخراط البنّاء والإيجابي من أجل إنجاز اتفاق وضمان تنفيذه بما يحقق الأمن والاستقرار والسلام لشعوب المنطقة. وشدد على ضرورة أن تصب كل الجهود الآن لوقف الحرب والقتل والدمار والتجويع.
أوروبا: فرصة للسلام
واعتبرت مسؤولة السياسة الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي كايا كالاس، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، الخطة بمثابة «فرصة سانحة لتحقيق سلام دائم».
ودعت في حسابها على «منصة إكس»، حركة حماس إلى الموافقة على خطة ترمب دون تأخير، واصفة الخطة بأنها فرصة للسلام الدائم، وتُتيح أفضل فرصةٍ فورية لإنهاء الحرب. وأبدت استعداد الاتحاد الأوروبي للمساعدة في نجاح الخطة.
ألمانيا: مستعدون للمساهمة في التنفيذ
وصف المستشار الألماني فريدريش ميرتس خطط ترمب للسلام في غزة بأنها «أفضل فرصة» لإنهاء الحرب.
وقال في بيان، إن الحكومة الألمانية على اتصال وثيق بالولايات المتحدة «في هذه الأيام الحاسمة»، مبدياً الاستعداد لتقديم «مساهمة ملموسة في تنفيذ الخطة».

رحبت رئيسة المفوضية الأوروبية أورسولا فون دير لاين، بمقترح الرئيس دونالد ترمب لإنهاء الحرب الدائرة في غزة منذ نحو عامين.
وكتبت، في منشور على منصة «إكس»: «أرحب بالتزام ترمب بإنهاء الحرب في غزة. أشجع جميع الأطراف على اغتنام هذه الفرصة الآن. الاتحاد الأوروبي على أهبة الاستعداد للمساهمة». وشددت على ضرورة أن تنتهي الأعمال القتالية مع تقديم الإغاثة الإنسانية الفورية لسكان غزة، والإفراج الفوري عن جميع المحتجزين.
كندا: تاريخية من أجل السلام
وصف رئيس الوزراء الكندي مارك كارني خطة ترمب لإنهاء الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة، بأنها تاريخية، ودعا جميع الأطراف على المساعدة في تحقيقها.

وصف رئيس الوزراء البريطاني السابق توني بلير خطة ترمب، بأنها «جريئة وذكية»، معتبراً أنها تمنح الفلسطينيين فرصة لمستقبل أكثر إشراقاً، مع ضمان أمن إسرائيل.

بريطانيا تدعو حماس لقبولها
رحّب رئيس الوزراء البريطاني كير ستارمر بجهود الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لإنهاء الحرب في قطاع غزة من خلال خطة جديدة. ودعا جميع الأطراف إلى التكاتف والعمل مع الإدارة الأمريكية لإنجاز هذا الاتفاق وتحويله إلى واقع. على حماس أن توافق الآن على الخطة وتنهي المعاناة، من خلال إلقاء السلاح والإفراج عن جميع الرهائن المتبقين.
إيطاليا : نقطة تحول
وذكر مكتب رئيسة وزراء إيطاليا، أن روما ترحب باقتراح الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لإنهاء الحرب على غزة، وأبدت استعدادها للقيام بدورها، بالتنسيق الوثيق مع الولايات المتحدة، والشركاء الأوروبيين، والجهات الفاعلة في المنطقة.
وأضاف في بيان: «الاقتراح الذي قدمه ترمب يمكن أن يمثل نقطة تحول، ما يتيح وقفاً دائماً للأعمال القتالية والإفراج الفوري عن جميع المحتجزين، ووصولاً إنسانياً كاملاً، وآمناً للسكان المدنيين».
وجاء في البيان أن «حركة حماس، لديها الآن الفرصة لإنهائها بالإفراج عن الرهائن، والموافقة على عدم الاضطلاع بأي دور في مستقبل غزة، ونزع سلاحها بالكامل».

Gulf Cooperation Council: Seriousness of Implementation
