رحبت رابطة العالم الإسلامي بالبيان المشترك الصادر عن رئاسة المؤتمر الدولي رفيع المستوى للتسوية السلمية للقضية الفلسطينية وتنفيذ حل الدولتين، المنعقد في مقر الأمم المتحدة بمدينة نيويورك في 22 سبتمبر 2025، برئاسة المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية الفرنسية.
وفي بيان للأمانة العامة للرابطة هنّأ الأمين العام رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى المملكة العربية السعودية وعموم الأمتين العربية والإسلامية، وكافة دول العالم المحبة للعدالة والسلام، بالنجاح الكبير الذي حقَّقه المؤتمر، بما أسفر من التزامات أممية غير مسبوقة، وما صاحبه من اعترافات رسمية تاريخية بالدولة الفلسطينية، وما رسمه من معالم مهمة واضحة، وما أُعلِن خلاله من اعتماد «إعلان نيويورك» بتأييد استثنائي من الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بأغلبية 142 صوتًا، مرسخا بذلك الالتزام الدولي الثابت بحل الدولتين، وراسمًا مسارًا لا رجعة فيه؛ لبناء مستقبل أفضل لشعوب المنطقة كافة.
وجدد الدكتور العيسى التأكيد على تثمين الرابطة باسم الشعوب الإسلامية للموقف الثابت للمملكة العربية السعودية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، ولا سيما الحراك الدؤوب والمحوري الذي اضطلعت به بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وبمتابعة حثيثة من ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود من خلال التحالف الدولي لتنفيذ حل الدولتين الذي أطلقته المملكة، وكذا رئاستها اللجنة الوزارية العربية الإسلامية المشتركة، وصولًا إلى رعايتها ورئاستها لهذا المؤتمر الدولي رفيع المستوى بالشراكة مع الجمهورية الفرنسية، والذي يمثّل - بنجاحه والتفاف الأمم حوله - انتصارًا لصوت الحكمة والعدالة والقيم على آلة الحرب والدمار والصلف، ونقلة تاريخية حاسمة في مسار القضية الفلسطينية، والحق القانوني والتاريخي للشعب الفلسطيني.
The Muslim World League welcomed the joint statement issued by the presidency of the high-level international conference for the peaceful settlement of the Palestinian issue and the implementation of the two-state solution, held at the United Nations headquarters in New York City on September 22, 2025, chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic.
In a statement from the League's General Secretariat, the Secretary-General congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the entire Arab and Islamic nations, as well as all countries around the world that love justice and peace, on the significant success achieved by the conference, which resulted in unprecedented international commitments, accompanied by historic official recognitions of the Palestinian state, outlining important clear landmarks, and the announcement of the adoption of the "New York Declaration" with exceptional support from the United Nations General Assembly by a majority of 142 votes, thereby solidifying the unwavering international commitment to the two-state solution and charting an irreversible path toward building a better future for all the peoples of the region.
Dr. Al-Issa reiterated the League's appreciation, on behalf of the Islamic peoples, for the steadfast position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the Palestinian issue, particularly the tireless and pivotal efforts led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and closely followed by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud through the international coalition to implement the two-state solution launched by the Kingdom, as well as its presidency of the joint Arab-Islamic ministerial committee, culminating in its sponsorship and presidency of this high-level international conference in partnership with the French Republic, which represents - through its success and the nations' support for it - a victory for the voice of wisdom, justice, and values over the machinery of war, destruction, and arrogance, marking a decisive historical shift in the course of the Palestinian issue and the legal and historical rights of the Palestinian people.
