أعلن وزير الخارجية السعودي الأمير فيصل بن فرحان، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، اعتماد الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر حل الدولتين لتسوية القضية الفلسطينية، مؤكداً خلال اليوم الثاني من فعاليات مؤتمر حل الدولتين لتسوية القضية الفلسطينية برئاسة السعودية وفرنسا أن مخرجات الوثيقة تعكس مقترحات شاملة، وتشكل إطاراً متكاملاً وقابلاً للتنفيذ من أجل تطبيق حل الدولتين، والسلم والأمن للجميع.
واستعرض الأمير فيصل بن فرحان الدول الذي اعتمدت الوثيقة، مؤكداً أن الوثقة تتضمن مقترحات شاملة عبر المحاور السياسية والأمنية والإنسانية والاقتصادية والقانونية، وسردية إستراتيجية تشكل إطاراً متكاملاً وقابلاً للتنفيذ من أجل تطبيق حل الدولتين، وتحقيق السلم والأمن للجميع.
ودعا وزير الخارجية السعودي إلى تأييد الوثيقة الختامية قبل اختتام أعمال الدورة 79 للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك عبر إبلاغ بعثتي السعودية وفرنسا.
من جهة أخرى، أكد وزير الخارجية البحريني الدكتور عبداللطيف الزياني أن بلاده تدرك أن الحل العادل والدائم للقضية الفلسطينية لا يمكن تحقيقه إلا بالمفاوضات، والحوار وصولاً إلى إقامة دولة فلسطينية.
وقال الزياني في كلمته: «نطالب بوقف فوري لإطلاق النار في غزة، والإفراج عن المحتجزين، وإعطاء الأولوية للإغاثة الإنسانية، فالأزمة الإنسانية الحالية تؤكد مسؤوليتنا المشتركة في صون كرامة الإنسان وحقوقه الأساسية». من جهتها، قالت وزير الخارجية البرتغالي باولو رانجيل، إن الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة يجب أن تنتهي، كما يجب الكف عن بناء المستوطنات في الضفة الغربية، مشددة بالقول: الأزمة الإنسانية والتجويع ودوامة العنف يجب أن تنتهي.

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan announced today (Tuesday) the adoption of the final document of the Two-State Solution Conference to resolve the Palestinian issue, affirming during the second day of the conference, chaired by Saudi Arabia and France, that the outcomes of the document reflect comprehensive proposals and form an integrated and implementable framework for applying the two-state solution, and for peace and security for all.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan reviewed the countries that adopted the document, confirming that the document includes comprehensive proposals across political, security, humanitarian, economic, and legal dimensions, and a strategic narrative that forms an integrated and implementable framework for applying the two-state solution and achieving peace and security for all.
The Saudi Foreign Minister called for support of the final document before the conclusion of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York by informing the missions of Saudi Arabia and France.
On another note, Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani confirmed that his country recognizes that a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue can only be achieved through negotiations and dialogue leading to the establishment of a Palestinian state.
Al Zayani stated in his speech: “We call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, the release of detainees, and prioritizing humanitarian relief, as the current humanitarian crisis underscores our shared responsibility to uphold human dignity and fundamental rights.” For her part, Portuguese Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel stated that the Israeli war on Gaza must end, and settlement construction in the West Bank must stop, emphasizing that the humanitarian crisis, starvation, and cycle of violence must come to an end.
