جدّد الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي، التأكيد على أن مصر هزمت الإرهاب، وشدد في مناسبة الاحتفال بذكرى ثورة 23 يوليو 1952 المجيدة، اليوم (الأربعاء)، على أن مصر «عصيّة على المؤامرات والفتن» بفعل تماسك جبهتها الداخلية. وقال السيسي: «حدّثنا جيشنا الباسل، حتى أصبح درعاً حصيناً وسيفاً قاطعاً، وهزمنا الإرهاب، وتطهرت أرض الكنانة من براثنه».
ولفت إلى أن مصـر حققت إنجازات عديدة، في زمن انهارت فيه دول، وتفككت كيانات، وتعاظمت المحن، مؤكداً أن مصر ظلت دار الأمن والاستقرار، وملاذاً إنسانياً مضموناً، فقصدها نحو 10 ملايين شخص من بلاد كثيرة، وقدّمت للعالم نموذجاً فريداً في الإنسانية والمسؤولية رغم الضغوط المتواصلة.
وذكر الرئيس السيسي أن مصر ستظل منيعة بجبهتها الداخلية المتماسكة، عصيّة على المؤامرات والفتن، مبصرة بكل ما يحاك حولها، مشدداً على أن مصر قادرة على تجاوز التحديات، وتخطى الصعاب، مهما تنوعت أشكالها، وتعددت مصادرها.
وتحدّث عن استمرار مصر في جهودها لبناء دولة حديثة تُلبي تطلعات شعبها وتواصل مسيرة الإنجازات برؤية طموحة وخطوات راسخة بكل عزيمة وإصرار.
وقال إنه في مثل هذا اليوم، سطر المصريون صفحة مضيئة في تاريخ بلدهم، حين اندلعت شرارة ثورة يوليو عام 1952، لتكون نقطة تحول في مسيرة الوطن، أنهت حقبة الاحتلال البغيض، ورسّخت قيم العزة والكرامة والاستقلال، وأضاءت مشاعل التحرر في دول العالم الثالث ومنطقتنا العربية، فكانت الثورة المصرية ملهمة، للخلاص من الاستعمار واستقلال القرار الوطني.
وأشار إلى أنه على مدار السنوات الأخيرة، كانت الدولة المصرية سباقة في صناعة الحاضر وصياغة الغد فحدّثنا جيشنا الباسل، حتى أصبح درعاً حصيناً وسيفاً قاطعاً، وهزمنا الإرهاب، وتطهرت أرض الكنانة من براثنه، وشهدنا طفرة عمرانية شاملة، فأزيلت العشوائيات، وشيدت المساكن، وأسست مدن ذكية.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi renewed his affirmation that Egypt has defeated terrorism, emphasizing during the celebration of the anniversary of the glorious July 23, 1952 Revolution today (Wednesday) that Egypt is "immune to conspiracies and seditions" due to the cohesion of its internal front. El-Sisi stated: "Our valiant army has been modernized, becoming a strong shield and a sharp sword, and we have defeated terrorism, purging the land of the kinsman from its claws."
He pointed out that Egypt has achieved numerous accomplishments during a time when countries have collapsed, entities have disintegrated, and hardships have intensified, affirming that Egypt has remained a haven of security and stability, a guaranteed humanitarian refuge, attracting nearly 10 million people from many countries, and providing the world with a unique model of humanity and responsibility despite ongoing pressures.
President El-Sisi mentioned that Egypt will remain invulnerable with its cohesive internal front, immune to conspiracies and seditions, aware of everything plotted around it, stressing that Egypt is capable of overcoming challenges and surpassing difficulties, no matter how varied their forms or numerous their sources.
He spoke about Egypt's continued efforts to build a modern state that meets the aspirations of its people and continues the path of achievements with an ambitious vision and firm steps, full of determination and persistence.
He said that on this day, the Egyptians wrote a bright page in the history of their country when the spark of the July Revolution ignited in 1952, marking a turning point in the nation's journey, ending the era of the odious occupation, establishing the values of pride, dignity, and independence, and lighting the torches of liberation in the Third World and our Arab region, making the Egyptian revolution an inspiration for liberation from colonialism and national decision independence.
