أعلنت إيران أنها ليست لديها أي خطط في الوقت الراهن للدخول في حوار مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وقال المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي، في مؤتمر صحفي اليوم (الإثنين)، «لا خطة لدينا للحوار مع أمريكا في ظل الوضع الراهن. وأضاف: «متى ما توصلنا إلى قناعة بإمكانية استخدام المفاوضات لاستيفاء حقوق الشعب وضمان المصالح الوطنية للإيرانيين، فلن نتردد في ذلك قطعاً».
وأفصح بقائي عن اجتماع ثلاثي حول الملف النووي بين إيران وروسيا والصين يعقد في طهران غداً (الثلاثاء) على مستوى مديري العموم لوزارات الخارجية. وأفاد بأن «الصين وروسيا عضوان في خطة العمل الشاملة المشتركة، وعضوان دائمان في مجلس الأمن الدولي، ويمكنهما لعب دور في أي عملية تُجرى في مجلس الأمن».
وتحدث عن توافق كبير مع هاتين الدولتين في العديد من المواقف، وتوجد علاقات جيدة بين إيران والصين وروسيا. وفي ما يتعلق بمسألة «آلية إعادة العقوبات التلقائية»، قال: «أجرينا مشاورات بناءة مع هاتين الدولتين خلال العام الماضي».
وحول زيارة مستشار القائد الأعلى الإيراني علي لاريجاني إلى موسكو، قال متحدث الخارجية: «لاريجاني نقل رسالة من الرئيس مسعود بزشكيان إلى نظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين بصفته مبعوثاً خاصاً للرئيس إلى روسيا». واعتبر أن إرسال مبعوث خاص إلى الدولة المعنية أمر طبيعي تماماً في العلاقات الدبلوماسية، نظراً إلى أهمية القضايا والتطورات.
وحول المحادثات مع دول الترويكا الأوروبية (فرنسا، ألمانيا، بريطانيا) قال المتحدث الإيراني إن هذه الجولة ستعقد في إسطنبول، وستتم مناقشة الملف النووي، وقضية رفع العقوبات. واعتبر «آلية الزناد» أمراً لا معنى له وغير مبرر وغير قانوني أو أخلاقي.
يذكر أن «آلية الزناد» في الاتفاق النووي الإيراني الموقع عام 2015 آلية قانونية تتيح إعادة فرض العقوبات الدولية على إيران تلقائياً إذا ثبت أنها خرقت التزاماتها النووية.

Iran announced that it currently has no plans to engage in dialogue with the United States of America. The spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baqaei, stated at a press conference today (Monday), "We have no plan for dialogue with America under the current circumstances." He added, "Whenever we reach a conviction that negotiations can be used to fulfill the rights of the people and ensure the national interests of Iranians, we will not hesitate to do so at all."
Baqaei revealed that a trilateral meeting on the nuclear file between Iran, Russia, and China will be held in Tehran tomorrow (Tuesday) at the level of the directors-general of the foreign ministries. He noted that "China and Russia are members of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, and they can play a role in any process conducted in the Security Council."
He spoke of a significant consensus with these two countries on many positions, and there are good relations between Iran, China, and Russia. Regarding the issue of the "automatic sanctions snapback mechanism," he said, "We have had constructive consultations with these two countries over the past year."
Regarding the visit of the Supreme Leader's advisor, Ali Larijani, to Moscow, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson said, "Larijani conveyed a message from President Masoud Bezhakian to his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, in his capacity as the president's special envoy to Russia." He considered sending a special envoy to the concerned state to be completely normal in diplomatic relations, given the importance of the issues and developments.
Concerning talks with the European troika countries (France, Germany, Britain), the Iranian spokesperson stated that this round will be held in Istanbul, where the nuclear file and the issue of lifting sanctions will be discussed. He deemed the "snapback mechanism" to be meaningless, unjustified, and illegal or immoral.
It is worth noting that the "snapback mechanism" in the Iranian nuclear agreement signed in 2015 is a legal mechanism that allows for the automatic re-imposition of international sanctions on Iran if it is proven that it has violated its nuclear commitments.
