نفى وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي اليوم (الخميس) انسحاب بلاده من معاهدة منع الانتشار النووي، مؤكداً أنها أخبار كاذبة.
وكتب عراقجي على حسابه في «إكس»: «أخبار كاذبة، لا تزال إيران ملتزمة بمعاهدة منع الانتشار النووي واتفاقية الضمانات الخاصة بها، ووفقاً للتشريع الجديد الصادر عن المجلس، الذي نتج عن الهجمات غير القانونية التي شنتها إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة على منشآتنا النووية»، مبيناً أن التعاون مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية سيتم عبر المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني لأسباب أمنية واضحة.
وندد عراقجي بالدعم الألماني للهجوم الإسرائيلي على بلاده بما في ذلك المواقع النووية المحمية، مؤكداً أن ما يرسل رسالة مدمرة للحل الدبلوماسي.
وكان وزير الخارجية الإيراني قد أعرب عن شكوكه حيال استئناف المحادثات مع الولايات المتحدة قريباً، مؤكداً أن أبواب الدبلوماسية لن تغلق أبداً.
وقال في مقابلة مع شبكة «سي بي سي»: «لا أعتقد أن المفاوضات ستُستأنف بهذه السرعة»، مضيفاً: «كي نتخذ قراراً بالعودة للمحادثات، علينا أولاً أن نتأكد من أن الولايات المتحدة لن تعود إلى استهدافنا عسكرياً أثناء سير المفاوضات، ومع كل هذه الاعتبارات ما زلنا بحاجة إلى المزيد من الوقت».
وجاء تصريح عراقجي في الوقت الذي ذكرت فيه القناة 12 الإسرائيلية أن الولايات المتحدة أبلغت إسرائيل بوجود اتصالات مع إيران، بهدف إجراء جولة مفاوضات جديدة في الأيام القريبة، مبينة أن الولايات المتحدة قامت باتصالات مع طهران عبر قناة التواصل بين المبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف ووزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي، بهدف عقد جولة سادسة من المحادثات الأسبوع القادم.
وأشارت إلى أنه تم اختيار العاصمة النرويجية أوسلو لاستضافة المحادثات، فيما تم إبلاغ إسرائيل بهذه الاتصالات قبل عدة أيام.
وذكرت القناة أن وزير الشؤون الاستراتيجية الإسرائيلي رون ديرمر، الذي التقى في الأيام الأخيرة مسؤولين كباراً في البيت الأبيض في واشنطن، ناقش الملف الإيراني والخطوط الحمر التي ترى إسرائيل أنه يجب وضعها في إطار استئناف المحادثات.
The Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi denied today (Thursday) that his country is withdrawing from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, affirming that this is false news.
Araqchi wrote on his account on "X": "False news, Iran remains committed to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and its safeguards agreement, and according to the new legislation issued by the council, which resulted from the illegal attacks carried out by Israel and the United States on our nuclear facilities," indicating that cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency will be conducted through the Iranian Supreme National Security Council for clear security reasons.
Araqchi condemned the German support for the Israeli attack on his country, including protected nuclear sites, stressing that this sends a destructive message for diplomatic solutions.
The Iranian Foreign Minister had expressed doubts about the resumption of talks with the United States soon, asserting that the doors of diplomacy will never close.
In an interview with CBC, he said: "I don't think negotiations will resume that quickly," adding: "To make a decision to return to talks, we must first ensure that the United States will not return to targeting us militarily during the negotiations, and with all these considerations, we still need more time."
Araqchi's statement came at a time when Israeli Channel 12 reported that the United States had informed Israel of communications with Iran, aiming to conduct a new round of negotiations in the coming days, indicating that the United States had contacted Tehran through the communication channel between U.S. envoy Steve Biegun and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, with the aim of holding a sixth round of talks next week.
It was noted that the Norwegian capital Oslo was chosen to host the talks, while Israel was informed of these communications several days ago.
The channel mentioned that Israeli Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer, who recently met with senior officials at the White House in Washington, discussed the Iranian file and the red lines that Israel believes should be set in the context of resuming talks.
