بعد ساعات من إقرار الرئيس الإيراني مسعود بزشكيان مشروع قانون أقره البرلمان بشأن تعليق التعاون مع الوكالة التابعة للأمم المتحدة، حذرت ألمانيا اليوم (الأربعاء) من تعليق إيران تعاونها مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، معتبرة ذلك رسالة وإشارة كارثية.
وقال متحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الألمانية: من أجل حل دبلوماسي للملف النووي، من الضروري أن تعمل إيران مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، فيما دعا وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي جدعون ساعر، المجتمع الدولي إلى التحرك بحزم لوقف البرنامج النووي الإيراني.
وطالب ساعر ألمانيا وفرنسا وبريطانيا ب«إعادة فرض جميع العقوبات على إيران»، مشدداً بالقول: «يجب على المجتمع الدولي أن يتحرك بحزم الآن ويستخدم جميع الوسائل المتاحة له لوقف الطموحات النووية الإيرانية».
وكان التلفزيون الرسمي قد قال اليوم إن بزشكيان صادق على قانون تعليق التعاون مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، موضحاً أن التشريع يهدف إلى ضمان الدعم الكامل للحقوق الجوهرية لإيران بموجب معاهدة منع الانتشار النووي، «وخصوصاً تخصيب اليورانيوم».
وأقر البرلمان الإيراني في 25 يونيو مشروع قانون يقضي بتعليق التعاون مع الوكالة التي كان مفتشوها يراقبون مختلف الأوجه المعلنة لأنشطة البرنامج النووي في إيران، ولم يحدد القانون الخطوات الإجرائية لذلك، فيما صادق مجلس صيانة الدستور، الهيئة المعنية بمراجعة التشريعات في إيران، على مشروع القانون، وأحاله على السلطة التنفيذية المعنية بتنفيذه.
وتفاقمت التوترات بين طهران والوكالة التابعة للأمم المتحدة على خلفية الهجوم غير المسبوق الذي شنّته إسرائيل اعتباراً من 13 يونيو وخلال الحرب التي استمرت 12 يوماً، استهدفت إسرائيل منشآت عسكرية ونووية واغتالت علماء إيرانيين، بينما قامت واشنطن باستهداف ثلاث منشآت نووية رئيسية في إيران.

After hours of Iranian President Masoud Bezhakian approving a bill passed by Parliament regarding the suspension of cooperation with the United Nations agency, Germany warned today (Wednesday) against Iran suspending its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, considering it a catastrophic message and signal.
A spokesperson for the German Foreign Ministry stated: "For a diplomatic solution to the nuclear issue, it is essential that Iran works with the International Atomic Energy Agency," while Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar called on the international community to act decisively to stop the Iranian nuclear program.
Sa'ar urged Germany, France, and Britain to "reinstate all sanctions on Iran," emphasizing: "The international community must act decisively now and use all available means to stop Iran's nuclear ambitions."
State television reported today that Bezhakian approved the law to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, explaining that the legislation aims to ensure full support for Iran's fundamental rights under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, "especially uranium enrichment."
The Iranian Parliament approved a bill on June 25 that stipulates the suspension of cooperation with the agency, whose inspectors monitored various declared aspects of Iran's nuclear program activities, but the law did not specify the procedural steps for this. Meanwhile, the Guardian Council, the body responsible for reviewing legislation in Iran, approved the bill and referred it to the executive authority responsible for its implementation.
Tensions between Tehran and the United Nations agency have escalated following the unprecedented attack launched by Israel starting June 13, during a 12-day war, targeting military and nuclear facilities and assassinating Iranian scientists, while Washington targeted three major nuclear facilities in Iran.
