بعد ساعات من إعلان جيش الاحتلال قصف مواقع نووية إيرانية في أصفهان، ونطنز، ومفاعل آراك، طالبت روسيا اليوم (الخميس) إسرائيل بوقف فوري للقصف الجوي لمحطة بوشهر النووية حيث يعمل خبراء روس هناك.
وجددت روسيا تحذيرها للولايات المتحدة من مغبة التدخل العسكري المباشر في الحرب بين إسرائيل وإيران، مؤكدة على لسان المتحدث باسم الكرملين ديميتري بيسكوف أن أي تدخل أمريكي في الحرب بين إيران وإسرائيل سيمثل «دوامة تصعيد رهيبة»، بحسب ما نقلته عنه وكالة «إنترفاكس» الروسية للأنباء.
وندد الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، خلال اتصال هاتفي مع نظيره الصيني شي جين بينج، بشدة بأفعال إسرائيل التي تنتهك القانون الدولي، مؤكداً أنه «لن يكون هناك حل عسكري للقضايا المتعلقة بالبرنامج النووي الإيراني إلا بالوسائل السياسية والدبلوماسية»، بحسب بيان للكرملين.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا: «روسيا تدعو إسرائيل إلى وقف الضربات الجوية على المنشآت النووية الإيرانية فوراً»، مؤكدة خلال مؤتمر صحفي في إطار «منتدى سان بطرسبورغ الاقتصادي الدولي» أن روسيا تخطر الولايات المتحدة بخطورة ومغبة التدخل في العمليات القتالية ضد إيران.
وأكدت زاخاروفا أن هذا التدخل محفوف بعواقب لا يمكن السيطرة عليها، مشيرة إلى أن موسكو تعتبر هجمات إسرائيل على المنشآت النووية السلمية في إيران أمراً غير مقبول على الإطلاق.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الروسية: «هذه مغامرة إجرامية من جانب إسرائيل تهدد الأمن الإقليمي والعالمي. ومحاولات تبريرها بادعاءات منع الانتشار النووي هي ضرب من النفاق»، معربة عن قلق روسيا البالغ إزاء الهجمات الإسرائيلية ولاسيما سلامة محطة «بوشهر» للطاقة النووية التي يعمل فيها متخصصون روس.
وأضافت زاخاروفا: «تدعو روسيا القيادة الإسرائيلية إلى وقف الغارات على المنشآت والمواقع النووية الخاضعة لضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية التي تشكل جزءاً من أنشطتها التفتيشية، مع إبداء قلق خاص بشأن سلامة محطة بوشهر النووية التي يشارك فيها خبراء روس».
وكانت السفارة الروسية في إيران قد قالت في وقت سابق اليوم إن محطة بوشهر تعمل بشكل طبيعي، وأنها لم ترصد أي تهديدات أمنية.
بالمقابل، قالت إسرائيل إنها لم تقصف منشأة بوشهر، وإنما قصفت مواقع أخرى بما فيها مفاعل آراك.
Hours after the occupation army announced the bombing of Iranian nuclear sites in Isfahan, Natanz, and the Arak reactor, Russia today (Thursday) demanded an immediate halt to the airstrikes on the Bushehr nuclear plant where Russian experts are working.
Russia reiterated its warning to the United States about the dangers of direct military intervention in the war between Israel and Iran, emphasizing through Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov that any American intervention in the war between Iran and Israel would represent a "horrific escalation spiral," according to the Russian news agency Interfax.
Russian President Vladimir Putin strongly condemned Israel's actions that violate international law during a phone call with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, affirming that "there will be no military solution to issues related to the Iranian nuclear program except through political and diplomatic means," according to a statement from the Kremlin.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated: "Russia calls on Israel to immediately stop airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities," confirming during a press conference as part of the "St. Petersburg International Economic Forum" that Russia is notifying the United States of the seriousness and dangers of intervening in combat operations against Iran.
Zakharova emphasized that this intervention is fraught with uncontrollable consequences, noting that Moscow considers Israel's attacks on peaceful nuclear facilities in Iran to be completely unacceptable.
The Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said: "This is a criminal adventure on the part of Israel that threatens regional and global security. Attempts to justify it with claims of preventing nuclear proliferation are a form of hypocrisy," expressing Russia's deep concern regarding the Israeli attacks, particularly the safety of the Bushehr nuclear power plant where Russian specialists are working.
Zakharova added: "Russia calls on the Israeli leadership to stop the raids on the facilities and nuclear sites that are under the guarantees of the International Atomic Energy Agency, which are part of its inspection activities, with particular concern for the safety of the Bushehr nuclear plant involving Russian experts."
The Russian embassy in Iran had earlier stated today that the Bushehr plant is operating normally and that no security threats have been detected.
In contrast, Israel stated that it did not bomb the Bushehr facility but rather targeted other sites, including the Arak reactor.
