أفاد التلفزيون الإيراني بأن المرشد الإيراني علي خامنئي عيّن اليوم (الجمعة) قادة عسكريين في عدة مواقع، خلفاً للقادة الذين قُتلوا في الضربات الإسرائيلية على طهران، حيث عيَّن المرشد الإيراني اللواء عبد الرحيم موسوي رئيساً لهيئة الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة الإيرانية خلفاً للفريق محمد باقري.
وأفادت وكالة مهر الإيرانية بأنه عقب مقتل باقري أصدر خامنئي مرسوماً بتعيين موسوي رئيساً لهيئة الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة.
كما أصدر خامنئى قراراً بتعيين اللواء محمد باكبور قائداً عاماً للحرس الثوري الإيراني، وذلك عقب مقتل الفريق حسين سلامي، ومنحه في الوقت نفسه رتبة «اللواء».
كما قرر تعيين العميد علي شادماني قائداً لمقر «خاتم الأنبياء» المركزي في الجيش الإيراني.
وكان خامنئي عيَّن «بشكل مؤقت» صباح الجمعة حبيب الله سياري قائداً مؤقتاً للأركان العامة للجيش الإيراني واللواء أحمد وحيدي قائداً للحرس الثوري.
وأفاد مصدران بمقتل ما لا يقل عن 20 من كبار القادة الإيرانيين، بمن فيهم رئيس القوة الجوية للحرس الثوري في الهجوم الإسرائيلي.
The Iranian television reported that the Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei appointed military leaders today (Friday) in several positions, succeeding the leaders who were killed in the Israeli strikes on Tehran. The Supreme Leader appointed Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi as the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, succeeding General Mohammad Bagheri.
Mehr News Agency reported that following Bagheri's death, Khamenei issued a decree appointing Mousavi as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces.
Khamenei also issued a decision to appoint Major General Mohammad Pakpour as the Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, following the death of General Hossein Salami, while simultaneously promoting him to the rank of "Major General."
He also decided to appoint Brigadier General Ali Shadmani as the commander of the central "Khatam al-Anbiya" headquarters in the Iranian army.
Khamenei had temporarily appointed Habibollah Sayyari as the interim Chief of Staff of the Iranian army and Major General Ahmad Vahidi as the commander of the Revolutionary Guard on Friday morning.
Two sources reported that at least 20 senior Iranian leaders were killed, including the commander of the Air Force of the Revolutionary Guard, in the Israeli attack.
