أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أن موسكو وكييف نفذتا عملية لتبادل أسرى الحرب شملت شباباً تقل أعمارهم عن 25 عاماً. وأكدت وكالة «ريا نوفوستي»، اليوم (الإثنين)، عودة أول مجموعة من أسرى الحرب الروس الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 25 عاماً من الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها أوكرانيا في إطار اتفاقيات إسطنبول. وأضافت أنه مقابل ذلك تم نقل عدد مماثل من أسرى الحرب من القوات المسلحة الأوكرانية.ولم يكشف أي من الجانبين عدد الأسرى الذين تم تسليمهم خلال عملية التبادل.
يذكر أن هذه هي أول مجموعة من أسرى الحرب يتم تبادلها منذ اجتماع عقد في الثاني من يونيو في إسطنبول بين روسيا وأوكرانيا وتم الاتفاق فيه على إجراء عملية تبادل جديدة.

وأفاد الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي بأن عملية تبادل أسرى جديدة مع روسيا جارية وستتواصل على مراحل في الأيام القادمة، معلناً أن كييف تسلّمت من موسكو المجموعة الأولى من السجناء. وأعلن على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: بدء عملية تبادل، وستستمر على مراحل خلال الأيام المقبلة. وأضاف أن من بين الذين نعيدهم الآن الجرحى، والمصابون بجروح بالغة، ومن تقل أعمارهم عن 25 عاماً.
وكتب الرئيس الأوكراني على موقع إكس: لقد عاد جنودنا إلى بلادهم، مؤكداً عودة جنود شباب وآخرين مصابين بجروح خطيرة، دون أن يكشف عدداً محدداً. واعتبر أن عملية التبادل كانت مركبة، وأعرب عن أمله أن يتم تنفيذ اتفاق إسطنبول بشكل كامل.
وأشار إلى أن عمليات التبادل ستستمر على مراحل عدة خلال الأيام القادمة.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Moscow and Kyiv have carried out a prisoner exchange operation that included young people under the age of 25. The "RIA Novosti" agency confirmed today (Monday) the return of the first group of Russian prisoners of war under the age of 25 from territories controlled by Ukraine as part of the Istanbul agreements. It added that in exchange, a similar number of prisoners of war from the Ukrainian armed forces were transferred. Neither side disclosed the number of prisoners exchanged during the operation.
It is noteworthy that this is the first group of prisoners of war to be exchanged since a meeting held on June 2 in Istanbul between Russia and Ukraine, where an agreement was made to conduct a new exchange operation.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that a new prisoner exchange with Russia is underway and will continue in phases over the coming days, announcing that Kyiv has received the first group of prisoners from Moscow. He stated on social media: "The exchange process has begun and will continue in phases over the next few days." He added that among those we are bringing back now are the wounded, those with serious injuries, and those under the age of 25.
The Ukrainian president wrote on X: "Our soldiers have returned to their homeland," confirming the return of young soldiers and others with serious injuries, without disclosing a specific number. He considered the exchange process to be complex and expressed hope that the Istanbul agreement would be fully implemented.
He indicated that exchange operations will continue in several phases over the coming days.
