تسببت حادثة مرورية وقعت صباح اليوم (الأحد) على طريق بيشة خميس مشيط في القاع بمركز صمخ جنوب بيشة في وفاة 4 طالبات وإصابة الطالبة الخامسة إضافة إلى سائقهن بإصابات خطرة.
وباشر الدفاع المدني والجهات الأمنية والإسعافية بمركز صمخ الحادثة، وجرى نقل المصابين لمستشفى الملك عبدالله لتلقي العلاج اللازم، فيما نقلت الجثث إلى ثلاجة الموتى في بيشة.
وذكر شهود عيان أن سبب الحادثة يعود إلى ارتطام سيارة الطالبات (قادمة من محافظة أحد رفيدة إلى بيشة) بالحاجز الأسمنتي.
A traffic accident that occurred this morning (Sunday) on the Bisha-Khamis Mushait road in Al-Qaa at the Samakh center south of Bisha resulted in the death of 4 female students and left a fifth student and their driver with serious injuries.
The Civil Defense, security forces, and emergency services at the Samakh center responded to the incident, and the injured were transported to King Abdullah Hospital for necessary treatment, while the bodies were taken to the morgue in Bisha.
Eyewitnesses reported that the cause of the accident was the students' car (coming from the governorate of Ahad Rufaidah to Bisha) colliding with the concrete barrier.
