كما بعث ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، برقية تهنئة، لرئيس أذربيجان إلهام حيدر علييف، بمناسبة ذكرى يوم إعادة الاستقلال لبلاده.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a congratulatory message to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Heydar Aliyev, on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's restoration of independence.
In his message, the King expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for continued health and happiness for him, and for the government and people of brotherly Azerbaijan, wishing them ongoing progress and prosperity.
Similarly, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a congratulatory message to President Ilham Heydar Aliyev on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's restoration of independence.
