أعلنت هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك تمكن منسوبيها في المنافذ الجمركية من إحباط 1509 محاولات تهريب خلال أسبوع واحد، وذلك ضمن الجهود المستمرة لحماية أمن المملكة والمجتمع من دخول المواد المحظورة والممنوعة.
وشملت المضبوطات 105 حالات لمواد مخدرة، و793 حالة لمواد محظورة، بالإضافة إلى 2689 حالة تتعلق بالتبغ ومشتقاته. كما تم ضبط 6 حالات للأسلحة ومستلزماتها، إلى جانب 30 حالة تضمنت مبالغ مالية غير مصرّح بها.
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority announced that its personnel at the customs ports managed to thwart 1,509 smuggling attempts within one week, as part of ongoing efforts to protect the security of the Kingdom and the community from the entry of prohibited and banned materials.
The seizures included 105 cases of narcotic substances, 793 cases of prohibited materials, in addition to 2,689 cases related to tobacco and its derivatives. Six cases of weapons and their accessories were also seized, along with 30 cases that involved undeclared amounts of money.
